Back to RRE this week for the final round of the Cupra E series. We will be using the 'International Layout' at Silverstone

I miss the old International layout!

I believe it is the bottom half of the GP track?

It starts on the wing straight, then zigzags across to hangar straight and back onto the normal route

Still i can't change the tc level during driving. Problem is only in the Cupra e-racer cars

I've definitely done that in car before..

Incar tc was working when i went on the server last night

During multiplayer no problem, only single event doesn't work. Strange

Lol. I know you are going ot wait till the last lap to blast past... You know that is what you are going to do.... why? Just come past!

Because I still can't get my gaming PC to complete a race I decided to try my old laptop last night. Seemed to work ok and the cars were stable to me even though I forgot to plug in an Ethernet cable and was running on WiFi. Not really a practical solution for going forward but at least it it gives me an option I suppose.

Fun and close racing yesterday, first race battle with Spanner and took the win. Second race i didn't had the pace, strange enough. Even after a spin from spanner i thought i would catch Pete. But spanner closed the 5/6sec gap and overtook me, and finishing third.

First laps you where faster then me, but after some time i catched up again towards you. Still managing my battery level between 0 and 5% i wasn't able to overtake you. Off course after some laps in the slipstream i was going towards 10% battery level and overtook you before Stowe but was cathed again in Vale chicane. Last lap i did the same but was really a push to pass maneuver with 0 battery level rest.

I needed to lift and coast before Stowe for some laps, to gain some battery back to attack you.



With my new desk at home, still need to drill some holes in the wall for a Erthernet connection. So i'm also playing VR with WiFi and for the moment no issue's or lag with this solution.

Well that was the final round of the Cupra E series. Pity it was such a small turnout. I have to say i thought the international layout worked well.
We will have a few fun races now while i plan our return to petrol power (the next series will use DTM 2020)

Its an interesting track, but the trickiest part is that rejoin on to hanger straight! And the mystery track limits there!

In practise my fuel/ energy usage was showing on setting 3 i would need 105% Maybe that was a wayward lap usage estimate.. not sure. But using setting two for race 1 meant i was left with significant energy left! I could see Biri was always faster down the straights, he was clearly adjusting the levels on the fly and could have come past at anytime.


So based on that stuck it on setting 4 for the final race, but finished with 0.7 left!
