Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.

rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Matt how do you test ballast & power reduction? Do you do it on the server, as I cannot find a way to alter these in single player.

I do on the server. I haven't figured out any other way.

Are you able to log on to the server to stop and start with different settings?

For testing purposes I would have thought you could run up your own server on the same PC, the server software is available in Steam.

Another update today. New track available, Nogaro, also Mullenbach layout of Nurburgring.

Server down for maintenance this morning, not had time to practice so will be giving this race a miss. Have fun.

Internet connection went down right at end of qually. By the time it had come back & I had restarted the Raceroom the race had started.   :cursing:

RR has started to crash in VR again!!! dont know if its the new update or wot? Pete how di you sus yours  out? lost my setup in the first crash but managed to get into quali but didnt have time or remembered what i had done so was a little slow will all behind catching me! still didnt matter as the game crashed from oculus as here are no crash file bloody thing !! and oculus has updated as well!!

Well, I ran the Mistal, which is my fave car, and then tried the DMD, and was nearly 2 secs faster in the DMD
Maybe we need to exclude that car? or maybe people should try the oil burner?
So, in testing the Audi was the slowest for me, so decided to give it a run here.
It didn't do corners well I seemed to remember, so ran 10 wing and softened the rear, max TC
5 Map, and it was slow round corners, but flew down the straights 5-7 MPH better than the DMD and the Mistral
So got to annoy people on that longgggg back straight but then fell back in the twisties. Shame John and Geoff
weren't in for the full race, as I had great fun hassling Mark down the fast bits. Well done for hanging on Spanner  :thumbup1:

Sorry Martin for the push, but was difficult to maintain behind you  ;D, same car but different setup. You where to slow in the corners.

Great 4 cars fight the first 10min, up to my push at Martin  :-[



No probs in VR here, loving the car, almost no view like in real life. Still adapting to the speed  :). Played afterwards a NSU ranked race  :D :D :D


First time at paul Ricard, because i dont like the track to watch on TV. But to race real fun, those long sweepers, especially the 2 after Mistral Straight.

Yes, I was slow in the corners but man did it fly down the straights with reduced wing  :o

Finally someone turned up in an Audi...

Despite the heavy restriction on the DMP everyone turned up in it except Pete! Seeing Matt soooo fast down the straight kinda hurt abit!

Shame so many had issues, both Matt and Geoff kept dropping in and out, clearly Matt was on purpose....

John got away fast off the start but we all seemed to be catching him up slowly, was all brewing to something....
