This season, races are to be run again at 60 frames per second – please use this patch 60fpsV2newmod (http://srmz.net/index.php?showtopic=4584#entry33919) Drivers must complete 50% of each race to score points. The races will be run as follows: Car set: 68 F1 (Early) only Date: Every second Tuesday from 7th September 2021 Time: No later than 9:00pm UK Time (30-60 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm) Race Length: 50 minutes Damage Model: Intermediate Server: UKGPL12_60fps Race List: IGOR Division Moderator: Billy Nobrakes Provisional calendar as follows:
The provisional calendar may be changed at the discretion of the Divisional Moderator. Handicapping The cars will be divided into four groups, each group containing cars of similar performance. Each race will feature the cars from a specific group. There will be two races for each group. Drivers will be allowed a free choice but they cannot use the same car twice. Unlimited number of Shift-Rs are allowed with no need to make Stop & Go. Only reported incidents will be moderated. If you would like to enter this series please submit an entry in the poll. I tried the Ferrari F312 at Kyalami, i selected the early 1968 carset in GEM. The cars have been allocated into 4 Groups - see the '68 Early page here https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R&group=1591&theme=6 For Race 1 - Kyalami = Group IV (the slowest group), Race 2 = Group III, Race 3 = Group II & Race 4 = Group I (fastest group) & then repeat for races 5 - 8. You can use any car within the Group - but for races 5 - 8 use a different car from the group. No handicaps.
