A reminder to all British drivers - any explosion during the race, may not be an exploding motor.  On Nov 5th we have Fireworks, to celebrate an attempt to explode the Houses of Parliament, some centuries ago . . . . .  it's where the Politicians live!

Another DNF, but it was the connection this time.

OMG what a stupid feeling - sitting in the car on grid and the paddles do not shift... :o

I had moved my rig a little and it seems I had pulled the USB of the wheel for a moment, steering and throttle still worked ::)

Unlucky Axel, I wondered what was happening when one of the cars didn't move off the grid. That would have been a mass pile-up in a standing start race  :o

Deplorable race...I hoped at least to keep my place of qualification, the times were very close, but a succession of small errors and here I am last...to forget :(

Sorry about the paddles Axel. What a bummer :(

Had a very lonley run in P4. Hope to be in the action more next time. Happy with the finish though.

Congrats Yannick and Tristan! No matter how much I might practice, I wasn´t going to keep up with Yannick. Tristan was very fast in that Lola.

It´s a shame Axel and Eric had problems. I wondered where that blue car was at the start.

It was good to race the 71s again. It´s been a while since I drove or raced them.

Thanks for the fun guys.

Grats to our podium finishers!  Well done, chaps.

Nice to see the pole sitter run off a proper pace lap as per the rules.

High drama even before the race had officially begun!  Axel stuck with a box full of neutrals on the grid.  How cruel!  Then Fulvio bunted off in T1.  That he recovered from that to score a P8 is quite amazing.

I joined the server much later than intended mostly thanks to the time change business.  I didn't quite have my race-face on for qualifying and logged a lap about a full second off my pre-race trials best.  Too, I had to be careful of T5A, the first element of the Moss Hairpin complex as the Lola would get quite light in the tail there with a spin only a heartbeat away.  See Lap16.  In the opening laps, I did my best to just settle in and await developments.  They came thick and fast.  On Lap04, Phil slipped off at the top of T2 to run through the infield grass and I got by for the place only to find Clay recovering from an off to the outfield in T2A.  Almost slammed his tail in T3.  Phil came back at me hard and at the end of Lap14, got a great exit from T10 to sift by going into T1.  Clay had managed to step away from both of us to have a useful advantage.  Lap17 was Phil's undoing, though, as he had a deja vu all over again moment in T2 to let me by and compounded his misfortune with an off in T8 to finish the lap.  My margin of a lead over PT was small and I started to work harder to maintain the gap.  Up ahead, Clay was nicely placed in P5 til Lap21 when he had a wild ride through and coming off T3.  It started with an off to the outfield and ended up on the infield.  Yikes!  I went by for the place not even seeing him out there in the grass on my right.  As the laps wound down, both Clay and Phil were definitely closing obliging me to up my pace to stay ahead.  Clay was less than four seconds back on Lap33 but then misfortune.  He slipped off the road in T8 to let me get away home-free.  Would down the last lap with Yannick in a position to lap me but not quite.

Mosport was a good race for me, although if I hadn't made some unforced errors I could have been a bit closer to the podium. I had a very competitive MacLaren and I was always close to Doni and Phil. Congratulations to Yannick for his first place and to the rest of the podium finishers, and thank you very much for organising this series.
