                           Drivers must take different car makes for each race.

RACE ONE
Practice: ~19:20 (60 mins)
Qualifying: 20:20 (5 mins) Drivers must not leave qualifying to change car make. One attempt at a timed lap only
Race: 20:25 (12 laps)

RACE TWO will follow, with same rules

Time of Day Setting: 14:00
Start: STANDING
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal
Pit stops: Not required

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read

Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Thoroughly enjoyed both races last night.
My eventual finishing position was decided by a couple of minor mistakes on my part, but such was the closeness of the competition that they were decisive .
A great series and very enjoyable racing....thanks all and to Tony for organising.

Now, if you could just arrange for some lower temperatures that would be absolutely spiffing  ;D

Another wonderful track in this series; really liked this.

Race 1 a bit meh..  Couldn't keep up with cars in front, so focus was on staying ahead of the couple behind me.

Race 2 one long relentless chase, with no room for errors. Most of the chase was done by Michael. Disappointing to lose 3rd place to Micha towards the end, after having held it for most of the race. Really puzzled as to why he had sat in the rear for almost the entire race, only to effortlessly overtake several cars towards the end. Prob. shouldn't complain though, as I only held on to 4th by the slimmest of margins, against a recovering Matt in the much faster Alpine.

Grats to winners & podiums in both races.

I first needed some training and confidence with the escort. Not my favorite car. I actually got faster with every lap.

Race 1: had a great time getting in Manfred's way... I assume he would pass within a few laps, but some places
he would zoom up, making better use of the kerbs, and other places i would hold the position.
I think the Escort has a bit more grunt on the straights than the Alfa.

Race 2: I should have been up trying to chase Daz, or at least trying to stay in front of Manfred again, but I messed up
somewhere, and then made unforced errors trying too hard.
Fab track, the eye candy is good as well. Did this come from Rfactor 1?

BTW if you liked this track, then I think the next one in this series is equally as good, if not better.

I've raced the next track a few times back in the old NoGrip days, it is a cracking layout, much fun.
