(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see
cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.

(3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the Euro and American Track Packs for this series (And maybe another
non pack track occasionally)
(4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit.

(5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface)
Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

I'll be sitting this one out. I don't own the track or the cars so it's an outlay of £7.51 if I want to take part. Which I think is a big ask just for one race.

I agree. But, I would say that the cars and definately the track will get used many times in future series.

The first track (GP?) we’ve raced before and I think it is a nice flowing track and well suited to these cars!  :thumbup1: :rockon:

The GP layout with the inner loop, was run from 1992 so is in keeping with this period
but I prefer the 1991 version with no loop chicane.

I have run the short variant before, which might be even better for these. I will do some
testing and see what works best. Riccardo might make some input?

No, we have used the 92s at RedBull Ring, this race is for the 95DTM Merc.

Had a fun race.
Tried to race on the soft`s and had a good start, but quickly again regained P5. First half of the race i was trying to save tires and sometimes let people by. Great close racing with Geoff and Frex. After a mistake of Geoff, i choosed to stay behind Frex. Last 6 laps i was noticing that Geoff and Frex where also on the Soft compound and where struggling to have a stable car. When Geoff again closed towards our batle i chose to overtake Frex. Due to Geoff then battled with Frex i took 3th place.

great race, a little difficult at first with medium tires, but then they became more consistent, congratulations to everyone

Good race, mainly with Frex & Birger, just too many mistakes by me, usually when in a good position having done most of the hard work. Last mistake stuffed the nose of the car into the barriers resulting in a very crumpled bonnet but luckily no effect on the handling.

I have always liked these cars, and the track suited them well  :)
I was, as usual, at the back, but had some fun with Pete for a few laps.

4 more events to go. I need to start thinking about what to do next.
If there are no inputs, I will just create 2 series to run alternate weeks.
If someone wants to step up to the plate and design another multi make series
and it looks good, (or I could do that) I will implement it.

I am hoping the Italians are not just here to support Riccardo, which is, of course, a worthy cause  :notworthy:
But It would be great to maintain a decent number of people.
Ideally some who are a bit slower as well, so I get to race more  :whistling:

This series is working well, so would be good to continue the success.

So, yes we could do that, I don't usually like pits stops becuase I always mess something up  :wacko:
But it is a good idea, as others thrive on them. My thought would be to alternate between
a pits event and then following week a "normal" event. Could be 2 series, or 1 combined series.
Either way is easy

I have been thinking about the next series too. A couple of ideas:

1- two series, one for GTs & one for Touring Cars, different cars each week running from 70s cars up to present day.

2- again two series, one for 70s & 80s cars & one for 90s & 2k cars, again different cars each week.

Could combine that with Riccardo's idea of pitstops for some races.

Touring cars? as in FWD

Not all touring cars in RRE are FWD. Scirocco & WTCC/WTCR are but I think all the rest are RWD or 4WD.

Indeed. I rather like the Scirroco. I also like the WTCR but people have moaned about them in the past
Riccardo is welcome to suggest a pair of series if he has the time and interest. But anyone can
make sugestions that may become reality.
