Season 11?

Because the new car pack isn't out - it's not a championship race.

Nice track 8)

My laptimes are between 1:50.5 and 1:54 depending on which car I drive. I could do with some comparison times please.

New pack + new track = too many unknowns.

Welcome Luke 8)

Wow what a find, the nicest looking track for GTR2. And what a ride! amazing track. Only done a few laps round here but have done a 1.51. I'm sure the rest of you will be a lot quicker!

our races, sorry for that, was going so well.

Ouch!

Nice track, but too much for me tonight. First time I've ever felt motion sickness and just had to pull out. I was right behind Spanner who had several BIG warps which all added to the fun, but completely did for what remained of my nerves.

Couple of things to report; first of all, I was able to take all kinds of cutting liberties without penalty and this maybe needs considering before a proper race. Secondly, the Panoz looked awful and seemed to be floating a couple of inches above the track - very cartoonlike.
Didn't notice this with any other cars.

Hope you had a good race, I think I need a stiff drink after that :surrender:

I think I was warping a little bit, combined with zero practice and my increasing frustration with being unable to get a sensible combination of FOV and resolution in GTR2 I quit after I binned the front end after a half spin under power for the third time or so.

Fun track, bit like Cadwell. With some more laps and a working setup I could've enjoyed that.

amazin track, amazin car (F430), amazin race. Hope to see it again very soon! 8)

Race finished about 1:30 early (I think it was).

p.s. Sorry for a little nudge on Lorenzo when you went wide at hairpin. I tried keeping as tight in a possible & the darn wheel just wouldn't turn any more.

seconds on the motion sickness, I don't think I could drive that for 80 minutes.

Didnt realise GT, sorry. In fact there was the odd 'blink' once a lap for the first few laps where cars would vanish for half a sec.

May have been early for you Matt but I needed to brake then!

Loved the track, a few passing places and a few you just wouldnt attempt.

Ditto on the warping...I've had it for a few races now...thought it might of been my router so I made sure I gave it a restart before the race, but no joy...still there??.
Race was a cracker!!...can't remember the last time I've had a battle at the sharp end...much fun :thumbup2:
Not sure what happened to SBG, but soon after passing him (sorry had to get that one in ;)) he exited out....I hope that little bump didn't damage you car :-[

Can't wait for the new season to start. :punk:

Nice find, Dave - great track.

Quali was closest I had ever, sbg was 0,003 sec faster. ::)
Race started as predicted, close with sbg, Lazlow and Freq ever close. then sbg did a wobble chicane exit and got turned. Thought, well, that was it. Started to drive a bit more relaxed. Then realized that darn Lazlow's getting closer. Couldn't find any more pace, tyres were overheating as it was. Came as close as side by side, then when passing Jose - what was it? The race ended then anyways, one or maybe two laps early. :sweatdrop:

Agree with cutting - it needs a bit of mending prior to using as a championship track. But I'd like to use it as a GT2 and lesser classes. Tried it in Marcos and I was 2 seconds faster than in F430. :D

Nice track  :) As mentioned, it needs to be "tightened" but would be a good addition to roster for me.

That was a great race guys!
First time I drove on the track of Charade, was more than one year ago, and I had to sweat a lot to remember the 2nd and third sector of the track, and I didn't go over than the 16th position with my heavy and powerful Biturbo Pork  :tank:.

I spent the first part of the race trying to reach the appropriate brake balance of this flying elephant, but I've never found a right bias... and I blocked every time my rear tyres...
After some laps in which I was 2 second behind Josè, the hunt was over, and finally I reach to battle with him for 10 laps, probably the funniest battle I had on GTR2 since long time :). Josè was strongest in braking, and I had no chance to compete with him, but my Porka was a little bit faster in acceleration, and we passed each other such 4-5 times during these laps. Unfortunately I hit the rear of his bmw at the last corner, in my attempts to cross his lines in that corner every lap. I leave back his position, and we went on till the final lap.
The final lap was something great, not for the battle, but for the great fair play demonstrated by Josè. Probably he pull a "too early" braking, and to avoid him, I lost the control of my Tank. However, Josè decided to wait me, even if we didn't have a contact and for me he had all the rights to go on, but I apreciated so much this action, sign of a Real Gentleman driver!
As Legzy said, the race is finished more than one minute early (I wasn't drunk yesterday, and that comforts me ;D ;D), as it was looking to my HUD time, and I had no chance to make another interesting lap with Josè, but I hope we'll have the chance to repeat this battle soon on this track, that really deserve a place in every championship in my opinion!!!
AMAZING! Cu guys!
