(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules (https://www.simracing.org.uk/index.php?pid=7) especially the rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Power and Glory v2 from here (http://www.gtlw.co.uk/), 2.1 patch from here (http://www.gtlw.co.uk/) and enable terrain patch.
(4) Driver lists can be found on the championship standings page (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?action=LM2R;group=235;theme=34)
(5) Drivers are reminded that they must select ISDN as their bandwidth, otherwise the stability of every-one's connection will be reduced.
(6) Remember that P&G has no 'Pit Speed Limiter' function, but our gentleman's agreement is that everyone will stick to a speed limit for the pit-lane of 40mph/60kph.

Because you're not old enough ;D

You might want to mute the dodgy Eurorock soundtrack.

I like the track. I won a race here in a Porsche 914 with Race2Play back in Jan.

I really hate those tyres on the inside and outside of the corners  >:(
Crashed the car a few times already and it will probably end my race.......

Best so far a 1.23.04 , so people in the back will know what they have to beat  ;D

Not so far off there Sandor.

1:21.5 for me at the moment but all my best bits give a 1:20 dead, from which I would expect the front runners to be in the 1:19s.

Was really enjoying that & feel like I could/should have been top 6 :-\

Sadly I drove like only I can, over shot T1 after a few laps losing a few places, made couple back up. Over shot T1 again after a few more laps losing a few more places, made couple back. Then was behind my team captain Tinman & was faster then him (which is very rare) & I thought he was letting me past at T1 he broke so early... he wasn't & followed the racing line over . Sorry about the contact, I obviously misread your intentions :-[. So lost about 6 places before making a few up & then started having a decent scrap with Geoffers. We might have swapped wing mirrors each a couple of times :whistling: but it was all good stuff... well except for that one time where I missed my brake point to T1 (again) by about 100yards & all I could do to warn Geoffers was to hit my "sorry" shortcut key, hoping he'd stay wide. He pretty much did  :sweatdrop: & I deservedly smacked into the barrier crippling my car.

Got going again to see how it was, but it was all over the place. I'd have repaired it if my mind was not in UKiR mode where there is no repair available ::) >:(. Missed out on what I'm sure would have been more enjoyable laps.

To sum up, I've had an enjoyable time running PnG for a year now, but feel ready to hand over to Mike & Goldtop. Thanks all for your help & patience (with my late changes :P ... I have to admit I thought about changing tonight's tonight, just for Clive >:D ) Anyway, thanks all & please be equally supportive of the new guys... see you all back on track soon :)

Sorry to see you fall out Marco. I think you Ian and I would have stuck together the entire race to make it a 3 way battle for 1st.

Ian and I ran the entire race with only a few laps greater than a 1 second gap and often seperated by less than .5 entire laps. I was a bit quicker in sector 2, but Ian was launching off the last corner better than me which prevented me from really threatening him into turn 1. He and I were gapping Marco just a bit when I went off slightly in turn 1. I lost about a second and a half to Ian and Marco just edged by. Shortly thereafterwards Marco had an NVIDIA moment.

This is when I put my head down and concentrated on realing in Ian. I run much faster when I have a rabbit to catch. I think it is the focused concentration. It took me many laps, but in time I got it done and was all over the back of Ian again. A lap later, I decided to pester him by juking to the inside just before the brake zone into turn 1. I'm not sure if he was spooked or he just let me have it, but I fully expected him to fight for the spot much, much harder. Maybe his car was going off and that was the reason why I closed the 2 second gap and was able to pass?

Once I got in front I built up a bit of a gap, but my concentration wained. I thought about details for the next season. This led to silly mistakes and Ian was right back in it. At one point, he got inside in sector 2, but I fought for the position. The last 15 laps saw us running the same laptimes within a tenth or two. Ian was never more than .7 seconds back and threatened to take the position the last 2 laps. Great race Ian!

Congrats to Ade for a podium finish and to KC for a lockout!

Many thanks go out to Legzy for orchestrating a fine season of racing and for being patient in showing me the ropes. I hope keep the engine on the tracks and put together exciting races like this one.

Great race for me, swapped to manual clutch mid practice, found corner entry to be more "challenging" but if i stayed
tidy, was a bit faster, so stuck with it. Followed Ade and Bonni for the 1st few until Bonni got wobbly in T1, Ade put a wheel on the grass trying to give him room, and I nipped round the outside of Ade to gain a place, at T2 (the left with the "vague" braking zone) Bonni went wide and took some grass allowing me past into 3rd, with Ade in close pursuit. Stayed like that for half the race, Ade was a tad quicker over a lap, but I managed to get out of the last and first turns well enough to hold him off, tyres started changing a bit and I was trying to adapt, but went wide and that was all Ade needed, and off he went, didn't expect to catch him once he was past, but held an average gap at 3-4 secs to the end.
Great season with some "creative" car/track combos, Thanks for the effort Legz  :)

Good way to finish the season that :)

Really liked the car/track combo (feel Legzys getting the hang of it now :)) in pracci and it felt better and better through quali. The championship standings were in the front of my mind through start of race and when Mike put in some great laps to get back to me I felt there was very little point risking all and fighting him. Typically, after he passed my competitive edge took over, championship went to back of my mind and I fought him till the end  ::) Made for a great a race mind and congrats to Mike.

Congrats to Ade and all KC teamies who really added to the fun as always. Gotta say I've enjoyed the races were I've made a "fun" choice more than the others and am really looking forwad to S3 :)

Goes without saying that Legzys work is appreciated by all. Really respect the way he is willing to give things a try and thank him for that. Think he's got a week off before he starts work on GTR :) Be great to get similar crowds there again.

Don't mistake SIM race games (GTR2-GTL-rFactor-RaceOn-GPL) with arcade games (iRacing) again.

Many thanks for your work during all season. You and Tony have done a brilliant job. Thank you!

Those darn tyres ::)

With all that heavy metal power around me I decided an ultra cautious approach was the way to go. It cost me 4 or 5 places in the first lap, but I soon gained them back as others made mistakes. Had a good few laps behind  Geoffers then Tinman, but didn't want to risk a pass so just concentrated on applying pressure. I think Geoffers and Legzy tangled and then Tinman ran wide and once past I was able to close quickly to Paulo, who in turn seemed to raise his pace as I approached and there was no way I was going to get past.

With 10 to go I was content to keep up with Paulo for a decent finish, until a lapse in concentration and up popped one of those stupid tyres. I must have only hit it at 60mph but the impact killed my engine and caused both my front wheels to fly off ??? Just silly.

Congrats to the all Kerbie pody and thanks once again to all the hard work Legzy and co have put in to organising these events.  8)

Never really got to grips with this car & was really struggling just to manage 1.22 laptimes. Got the car turning into corners quite well but just could not get it to take smooth lines around the corners. Too little power & it understeered, a little more power & it snapped into oversteer. Every corner was like 4 or 5 little corners, constant corrections, very frustrating.  :(

The race itself was quite fun though, had some good battles with, notably, Goldtop, API & Legzy. The battle with Legzy was quite funny as one or other of us would get in front then make a mistake & let the other back past. Finally Legzy totally missed his braking point at T1, fortunately I had been a bit late & was struggling to turn into the corner as Legzy came flying past into the barriers!  :o

Congrats to Mike, Ian & Ade.

Big thanks to Legzy for all his efforts over the past year, well done mate.
