Season 20 - Amateurs Trophy

The rules for the Amateurs Trophy are the same as last season.

The races will be run as follows:

Car set: 65 F1 only
Date: Every second Tuesday from 12 October 2010
Time: 9:00pm London UK Time (30 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm)
Race Length: 50 minutes
Damage Model:  PRO
Server: UKGPL_T7_2

Registered.  Going to limit myself to Tuesday nights only this season.

I would like a change from the Ferrari this season, I'd prefer the Lotus 33 if it's available.

@FMG: In all seriousness, which chassis would I likely be allocated? Bit rusty from having no GPL action for the past 2 months (as one expects) so would like the opportunity to practice in an appropriate car.

I'm guessing the White Whale is out of the question. ;D

This season i'll ditch last years Lotus and take back my slower but much loved BT11 if possible.

Having won the Novs last season, it is time try with the fast boys in Ams :helpsmilie:

I will join those running at the back and maybe get a bit quicker with lots more practice

Hi Natan, per FMG's race post (https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=8481#event2357) you are group 2, ie anything bar Lotus or Ferrari. You also need to vote at the top of this thread in order to be registered for the division and have access to the password.

Just to add that I've (finally :-[ ) updated the first post with the track directory names and added links to the downloads to make things easier  :)

All I have left is to work out how many laps Sodegaura needs to be.....
