Hahaha I don't know Legz but I felt like I was stamping on it pretty hard at times...definitely wasn't holding back deliberately! Conditions were murky and I could barely see out of the visor at times having steamed it up but the grip was really good. As for the patience...it didn't sit well with me at all but it was that or get pulled off the track so an easy decision to make in the end! It was nothing compared to 20 mins behind the safety car, that was really getting on my nerves. 10 mins was needed to get a feel for the controls etc but 20 mins was way too much. At Donington he sped up but there was none of that here...I guess because there were two on track so we'd have caught the next lot. The next session made up for it ten-fold though thankfully!
Had a couple of oversteer moments and I almost went off the circuit at the last corner when I left my braking too late but other than those and getting rid of the cone at the first chicane it was pretty much incident free. They're pretty strict on overtaking, you have designated areas on the straights and even then you have to wait for a blue flag to go for it...or not if you're Cliff hey mate!?
And yep, I'd book again tomorrow if I had the funds trust me!
Cheers Paul, I felt like I was getting a move on but I know I was being a big girl's blouse at the first chicane, I'm not even sure that needs any brake applied at all - next time!!
Definitely no need to keep throwing it off but I think at the same time you have to get your money's worth Spanner!
