Sorry yes, I glossed over the rallying as always Paul! Think I'm pretty much up to speed with that, learned everything there is to know in Asda car park in my 1.6 Montego Vanden Plas  Grin.

£255 for 9 laps in a Datsun  lol

i thought you might find this interesting

I hate you/ thanks Smiley.

Got to be done hasn't it!? Apparently you can book now at that price, dates available are:

10/03 at 8.20 and 9.15
12/03 - Monday PM

I guess they'll release more dates as part of the offer but if those suit you they can be booked now.

(single seaters obviously! How carp are those other deals!?)

did I spot Oily

Bruvva!! I'm off to have a word with my old man  wacko.

It just kept tripping over when I tried to restart Paul - stuck in a loop I turned it off in disgust and I haven't touched it since. That and the two stop/go's were enough to use up what little patience I had quite honestly!! Not a good night's racing.

I'll persist anyway - I'm hoping if I bugger about with some settings it'll last long enough to see me through the Skippy race tonight as Watkins isn't quite as resource hungry as Spa but I'm going to have to come up with a better solution. I've still got some suggestions to try that I never did once I thought I'd fixed it.

Shame you couldn't make it Spanner - there was potential for some great racing but cutting Eau Rouge and then getting a black flag for not slowing down sufficiently within three corners ruined two of my outings. PC falling over ruined the third.

I can see I may have left myself a little open to that one.

Win or crash trying - it's the Prodigy way!  tank

Hahaha yes it should - mayhem springs to mind.

I've decided this series is just about managing expectations. I expect to leave each round via tow truck therefore anything better is a lovely bonus.

Catch you at the back in race two then Smiley

Think i'm gonna join you for this Mark seeing as I've practiced so extensively.

Spa isn't it!? Smiley

Following the shambles of Monday night it looks likely there'll be a re-run of the Skippy race @ Mid-Ohio tonight for those who like that kind of thing Smiley

http://members.iracing.com/jforum/posts/list/1845208.page

I'll probably stick up an open practice session from 6'ish if anyone fancies it - still plenty of setup tweaking to do as I never did get it quite right on Monday.

Well you're getting them out of the way at least - tonight should be clean as a whistle Wink.

That's crap about your pedals - don't forget you can swap them around if your brake pot's playing up but your clutch hasn't seen much action for example? Have to say though, I've not looked back since getting the Clubsports mate, bit of an investment but having tried Ross's and seen the build quality I knew it was inevitable! With the tuning kit I've been able to get them exactly how I want them too - without I wouldn't have been so happy.

Ah ok - hadn't realised it's a fortnightly thing, in some ways that's better...gives people a little extra time to cool down before the next round hehehe. Interestingly that means every two weeks the Skippy is the only Club England race happening for the week....there's an opportunity if ever I saw one Wink.

With you on Fraser getting a hard time - he made the fatal mistake as a race organiser of listening to people  laugh.

Yeah I'm hoping to join you for that one - man-flu struck me down last week or I'd have been there for that too.

How did you get on?? Was it as controversial as the first round!? It's obviously being taken seriously judging by the follow-up in the forums!
42  SimRacing In General / iRacing / Re: Club England Announcements on: February 13, 2012, 11:00:45 AM +0000
Skippy @ Mid-ohio tonight - got in a bit of praccy last week and I'm in the low 37's...unfortunately the quick boys are in the high 35's LOL.

How you getting on Jimbo?? Usually a good turnout for this one!
