lol @ Rubens...what a looser. He lost the race for himself by not driving fast enough. And the only reason he made those comments is because he finished behind button...not that he lost out the chance to win. The time he spent at ferrari has brainwashed him. I hope Brawn dumps the guy immediately...they're not there to take care of a cry baby.

Webber really deserved that drive thru...but not for the reason the stewards gave. Webber cut Hamilton's tire. Webber is always very aggressive at the starts with his blocking. I knew it was only a matter of time before he did someone serious damage. Poor Hamilton would have liked to see what he could have done. I think these stewards are freaking retaded imo. There's going to be no racing with the way they're going. Webber/Barrichello and Raikkonen/Sutil were racing incidents. Webber/Hamilton is a reason to penalise Webber as Hamilton is well ahead and he cuts his tire down.

4  Everything Else / Real World Racing / New F1 entries including Lotus and Brabham on: June 12, 2009, 10:44:24 AM +0100
Well I just want to say shame on Superfund and Formtech for using these names...they're not Lotus or Brabham! They think they can just run under those names because they own the naming rights! Seriously how dare they! And FIA are going to allow them to file an entry under these names! What a disgrace! Destroying F1!  Angry thumbdown

any word if this will be streamed online this year?

SpeedTV will broadcast 18 and half hours or something if you can't get a stream.

How do you get those cars looking so good Ruskus, Photoshop?

Congrats to Gazza on the dominating championship, and to Lazlow and Hal for holding on to 2nd and 3rd from the hard charging aliens moving up through the ranks at the end of the season. thumbup1

I must say I enjoyed this series the most. The Lotux Exige was very difficult to drive and I had problems with tire wear on the back in particular but it was a decent car. The possibility to get the car on the podium in some races was there but I could never hook it all up. Thanks to the UKGTR team for hosting this series. Grin

Like Jessica Simpson being a distraction to Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL. laugh

I thought Button or Hamilton would take pole...so I was kinda surprised he got it into the wall.

Well after having fun driving the lambo at Oschersleben I was looking forward to Donington. My best lap in qually I started to run out of fuel. The possibility of pipping Ruskus with that lap was there but I really didn't want to be in front him so I was happy to just qualify 4th.

I started going well and Ruskus was slowly moving away in front and I was slowly opening the gap to TT and then I was looking at the engine health on XD 2.0. It was dropping like a fly. So around lap 10 or so I just slowed down and cruised for the rest of the race as I was finally in a good position in the race for once in UKGTR. I'm not sure how XD 2.0 works of if I would have even been able to have the engine health go down close to 0% and still run the car but I didn't want to take the chance today. Did any of the other Lambo drivers use XD 2.0 and noticed a similar drop in engine health?

So after a good first few laps it was a boring race but I'm happy with my 1st UKGTR Podium clap
Tough Luck Busi that cut detection at McLean is out of line. I noticed that in practice so I made sure I steered clear of that but I still managed to get a cut warning once because of a mistake I made there.

Congrats to Jon and Ruskus for completing the podium. Smiley

I say keep the 100% monsoon conditions, tricky conditions is always lots of fun and very challenging. But don't put too much weight on my post as I only race here occasionally.
