1  SimRacing In General / GTR2 / Re: GTWEB 16-17 March schedule on: March 04, 2013, 07:56:02 PM +0000
I'm ok with any of the stints so I can take a one that doesn't get picked. Smiley (However, a night/morning stint would be cool.  Cool)
2  UKGTR / UKGTR Races / Re: UKGTR Season 17 Upper Endurance - Brno - Feb 17 on: February 19, 2013, 11:17:18 AM +0000
Nice to have a Team Oldie team mate for this one, hope to see more of you again API Cool
The GTC's next week are likely to have a larger grid if you can make it

Yeah, it's nice to be "back". I'll try to come and join as many races as possible and at the moment I'm good to go (at least) at the next sunday. Wink

Shame that the grid was so small for this one but I had fun anyway. Seemed like you guys had a nice battle going on for the entire race (from 2nd to 5th).

BTW. Sorry about the start Legzy. I slowed down the pace when I saw that you had stopped for the first time but when I noticed that you had some problems again, I was already on the last turns so there wasn't time to gather the group together. Shame as it seems that you had the pace. Undecided
3  SimRacing In General / GTR2 / Re: GTWeb 24H Spa 2013 Car Choice on: February 01, 2013, 11:05:15 PM +0000
I haven't yet tried any of the cars but I'll promise to do that as soon as possible. Wink

By the way, is there any CSP users around here? Any in-game controller settings tips for them in GTR2?

Edit. After doing some research, it seems that 50% is linear so 50% all the way! Grin

I'm in. Smiley
5  UKPnG / UKPnG Races / Re: UKPnG Season 7 British Touring Car - Silverstone (GP 1987-90) - Nov 22 on: November 24, 2012, 12:14:45 PM +0000
Good to see you again after some time, chaps Wink

Decided to give it a shot in PnG (especially Png 3 Tongue) after a long time.

Qualy went pretty well. I didn't really had a chance to get any qual laps before the session so I really didn't know what to expect. So I was very satisfied with the p4 in the grid. The race itself then didn't start that well. I didn't remember that there wasn't any virtual starting lights in GTR2/PnG. Because of that, I failed miserably in the start as I actually found the lights about 0.3 secs before them turning to green. Cheesy Lost a place, or two, or three, as I dumped the car in the start. After that, I had a great fight with Simon. Good stuff, mate. Cool However, I eventually managed to pass him as he made a litte mistake in the exit of a turn. After that it was just about me driving by myself and keeping the Stang on the gray stuff. However, about 2 laps before the finish, Geoffers apparently had some sort of incidents so I eventually got an undeserved 3rd spot. Bad luck there, Geoffers. Sad Good win John and well done Ross, too. Smiley

All in all, I had loads of fun and I hope to do more of these races in the future. Huge thanks for the organizers, as always!

By my side I'm satisfied of the 4th position, cause it was the best I could do!

Now comes the fun guys! I really hope for a good result of our teams. Good luck chaps  Wink

Cu Smiley
Nice one, Manteos. Smiley Good luck for you and your team too! thumbup1
7  SimRacing In General / GTR2 / Re: GT-Web 24hr 2/3 June Schedules on: June 01, 2012, 12:11:32 AM +0100
I'm offering to do the 3 stints but if you want to do 3 that's fine Smiley you are the fastest.
Go for it mate. I was just thinking that there wouldn't be anyone as crazy as me who would want to do 3 stints.  Cheesy

My qualifying in GT1:

It went actually pretty well in my opinion. I did a new PB which I really didn't see coming. Grin At the moment, that time seems to get us on the 5th place in the starting grid.

Edit. 7th now :/

Jon: Amazing work! 3rd place in the LMP1s, nice one. Cool
9  SimRacing In General / GTR2 / Re: GT-Web 24hr 2/3 June Schedules on: May 31, 2012, 10:42:40 PM +0100
Seeing as GT1 is short on drivers Sad and it would be a real shame to miss any stints Grin (and I'm feeling a bit crazy) Ill offer my services for 3 if API wouldn't mind swapping his first stint with me and only having a 3 hour brake between drives Wink
Sounds good to me. Smiley

If spanner, ade and I have a double and MJ is able to do one stint, we're still missing one stint. However, I can do 3rd one if we can arrange driving turns so that there is at least one stint between all of them. Grin

As our standout fastest people, I hope API and Jon will be able to turn up.
Yup. I'll join you guys in TS at some point of the evening. Kiss

API i think you were running full rads, i dropped it down to 3 which gave me a bit more down the straights but meant i was a bit close to the limiter. I think the tracks far too fast to be running full rad.
Thanks for the tip, spanner. Smiley I hadn't had really played with it so I just let it be safely in 4. Cheesy

You've mail, Ade. Wink

Sorry guys but I've been a bit busy during last few weeks so making a setup took a bit long (well it always takes a long time for me to make a set Cheesy ). However, I will go put some laps in today or tomorrow on the server. And if I've understood it correctly, it is the average of two consecutive laps.

Jonzo and Spanner, check your PMs. Smiley
14  SimRacing In General / GTR2 / Re: GT-Web 24hr 2/3 June Schedules on: May 15, 2012, 08:21:42 PM +0100
API did say about doing a double didnt you?

I think we might be one stint down in GT and so if both me? ( I'm hardly quick though) and API do a double we should be ok.
Ye. Just give a little break (few hours will be ok) between them and it's all cool. Kiss
15  SimRacing In General / GTR2 / Re: GT-Web 24hr 2/3 June Schedules on: May 09, 2012, 07:23:54 PM +0100
As in the earlier 24h races, I'm ok with pretty much any of the time slots. However, a night slot would be a cool experience (i.e. 5 and 6). angel If needed, I can do a double too. And what it comes to class, LMP would be cool but I'm more than ok driving a GT1. Smiley
