Thanks all for a good race, cheers to all who made passing easier, it was a fun qually session for me, 31.3 was quick enough for pole so i was fine with that.
The race started and all was fine up until i overshot the last turn a few laps in and hristo slipped by, i was still fine with that and was happy watching the brabham bounce around in front of me for a while until i ran wide again which lose me a few seconds, i pushed very hard from that point on however i didnt get to grips with the car too good for the rest of the race and couldnt make the lost ground back up, second was a good result.

I had a nice quiet race, everything went well on the night, i saw a few battles as i was passing by, i did manage to go a little quicker than my previos time set a few years back, so that was a nice thing.

I started to practice the ring on Saturday morning and the bradbam felt awful (not been there in brab for years), i changed the setup several times until i landed on one that felt more as i wanted it, i got down to 7.52.7 in the morning. Qually was good with a new PB for me posting a time of 7.51.5, without mistakes i made (as always small mistakes at the ring) i could have gone quicker
Race started and i felt fine although a little nervous at the thought of 6 laps without any major offs, Hristo passed me on the inside into t1 and i followed him until he lost the rear out of a slow turn in s1. I kept really focused as i knew he would be on the hunt for me with only a 3 second gap between us.
on lap 2 i span out of the carousel but didn't lose too much time and still kept p1, the rest of the race was a matter of keeping focus.
Well done to all finishers.

After watching the rp in hristos car to see what happened to him,  it looked like his setup was as awkward as mine felt earlier in the day.

I have looked in the drop down and cant find my name, how is that?

After a 4 year absence from gpl online racing things carried on as i left them with this win which i am delighted with, i was worked so hard all race long by hristo, his great effort to pass me and lead for 3 laps was in vein tho, after many laps of intense racing by both of us and pushing sometimes beyond the limit his engine blew and that was that, it was a shame because it would have been very close at the end if that had not happened.  i came over the finish line first and it felt great!

noob sounds good!, i may end up looking like a noob in the race . I was wanting the lap record at kya but only managed to get down to 17.42, the perfect lap is 16s! so i shall go and try again at some point.
kids got me out of gpl mainly  i needed a long break tho.
I like the sound of calling old drivers back to racing ukgpl again. i will mail nat wald at some point, it would be great
