2  UKGTR / UKGTR Announcements / Re: Urgent - 993 GT2 in NGT poll on: November 04, 2006, 06:10:16 PM +0000
when the ballast pack came out i tested all ngt cars and found that the gt2 was quickest but it was very slow in the corners everyone had the same chance to test all cars if you wish to ban it dose this mean that the next car that stands out will be banned as well .also have the gt cars been checked as i have lost my race in ngt and i do not want to loose my GT cars .you guys came up with the ballast pack the m3 is totally out of sink to the rest of the class to much ballast that was my car we have a great skin for it but when it is slower that the vertigo thats a joke so i looked at my options and the gt2 was the best bet .any ways ban the car but do not take our car choice as it is admin Channing not me.Many thanks and keep up the good work you will get it right soon i dare say

Many thanks to Simracing.org.uk sorry to b-atch about the weather i should of said please but as you said it does not matter how much i b-atch about conditions the server run very well for me to night no lag no warp no nothing apart from some crazy pepole swerving on formation lap which then caused a Constantina effect and many pepole had to slam on there brakes after the person involved put his foot down to catch up to the front but apart from that the server was well sweet

 Tongue
well done again guys many thanks for the race keep up the good work

Angry to nights race was like a public server race what has happened to simracing is it the new game why has the driving standard gone to the dogs . i am not talking about the ukgtr boys i am on about all the  newbes why are they  allowed to have blatant disregard for the rules in practice ans in quail there was more pepole racing a blue light to the end of the pit this is a new thing never before have i see such bad driving on simracing server .please please please remind new drivers that we follow rules IE blue light when exiting pit etc etc .Also i apologies for my out burst in the server but as my post shows i Could not believe i was in simracing.org.uk server i thought by some weird freak out i was in a public server i only hope we can sort this out before the start of the season .Sorry for B-Atching on forums  Angry

Tongue  Thanks to who ever came up with the all tracks fix for GTR2 is a good man i didnt quite understand it at first as i am a total noob

so if you are a total noob as well i have made life a lot easier goto this link and goto the
GTR2 folder and there you will find a prepared file you may download this and add it to the main GTR2 folder your GTR2 root dir

www.r-a-t-s.co.uk

Just tried it and it looks as if when you download it to your Desk top you have to remove the (.txt) fromthe end of the file name
then you drag on drop it in to the GTR2 Main Folder the same one as the game (.EXE)

i hope this help out i am a noob and could do with someone else doing this in future as it took me about 1 hr it should of took 1 min max lol
Ill Try And Add mods to this folder if i think they are worth it so keep your eyes on this space
also if you think there is something that should be on it let me know and ill add it
many thanks longskater1969 aka 28th CD Motorsport Demonic Dan Tongue
