Sorry about that, router decided to sulk at 8am this morning and I've only just had a chance to get home and restart it.

I've rejigged Silverstone and Oulton so that the cars and sim to forum driver mappings (as seen when hovering over the driver in the race results) should be correct.

Results rejigged - cars should now be correct.

Cars should be correct again now, as should the driving name shown when hovering over the driver in the results table.

The finishing order recorded in the import seems to disagree with the lap count and times quite a lot - I think something must've been borked inside the game.

You don't need to nuke the times to fix the results, though - the 'race_pos_sim' column in the event entries page allows the order to be changed without touching anything else - it's used for sims like AC which are supposed to reliably record finishing order regardless of other data. There's even a little explanatory note at the top of that page...

Started working just in time for the first (GTD) qualifying. The sound is about 3 seconds ahead of the picture.

No live coverage on Motorsport.TV this year just limited coverage on Eurosport and of course the IMSA.tv feed.

Apologies for the downtime today; a PHP update from CentOS took out the forum and league management software. Measures have been put in place to avoid a repeat of the same issue.

Okay, so there was a hack left over from before the forum was converted to UTF-8 to deal with lobby names with non-ASCII characters which was now causing problems. Removed it and all is well.

Super, snarfed it and uploaded it here so no need to hang into that copy. The only question marks I can see are the standard XML declaration at the beggining.

I don't think the PM system is fundamentally broken.
It appears that SMF can't make up its mind about whether to represent a single quote in a name as ', ], or ]. The database held the second but the name matcher when sending a PM appear to be looking for the third. It appears the only people affected were me and Jack O'Ferrall.

This is exactly why I tell developers to store the raw form of the data instead of guessing where it's going to be used and pre-encoding it.

As for the import failure, I'll look at it if somebody can upload the relevant output files to the replays site.
