Unfortunately it says rd3d7v2.dll already and still no joy.

Thanks for the replies - tried installing again and just get a message saying glide2x.dll is missing. Can't recall how to get round this.
I'm running Windows 8.1.

OK it's been a long time and I'm very rusty re all things GPL. Anyway...
Got the new PC so installed GPL via the installer (1.7 I think) then copied my old GPL folder across it then installed GEM. Go to run it via GEM (or direct) and nothing.

Where did I go wrong? I thought it was OK just to transfer my old files over - want all my old tracks/mods/setups etc.
Thanks in advance and sorry if it is something obvious...
