Hi Bill, Phil, Dave, Cookie and all the rest. Livin' the dream here in sunny Victoriastan, home of the Irrustrious Reader, Chairman Dan. Chinese Communist Party operative and apparatchik.  The Feds just handed him a serious PUBLIC rebuke. The lockdown bullshit will be finishing on September 5. Either that or we, enmasse, visit Chairman Dan's private home and instruct him there how and what we want done. His address was passed around FB...

I'll try pissin' about with the Nvidia card settings and see what I can achieve, I'll report back any findings.

Keep an eye on any mortgage, credit card or general bank loans over the next few months. You WILL find either all at once or over a short period of time, your debt will all be zeroed. Let others know when it happens to you. Don't bother asking the financial institution how it was paid...they don't know. The SWIFT (Rothschild owned) financial system shuts down on August 31. QFS (Quantum Financial System) is running in parallel, ready to take over all the functions. North of $1 quatrodecillion USD is available from one account alone...that's 1 with 45** (important number) zero's after it. All stolen from us and our ancestors over centuries. Our estates will be returned to us. You will not have to work and you will have no debt. But, you will be asked to take part in humanitarian, fully funded projects. We will have no problems keeping busy and enjoying our lives. Love to all...into the future, Geoff.

EDIT: ** In the UK, it will be 1 with 84 zero's after the number. Mind numbing numbers.

Oi you lot, not too many folk shit posting on here...What's going on? Just reinstalled GPL after a few years of playing single person shooters, but the games have outstripped my computing capability...However, GPL2.0 runs grouse, with everything turned up high. All except for the bastard flashing menus that started about 2 weeks after a faultless install and faultless running on the openGL V2 rasterizer. On the d3d rasterizer, the menu's don't flash but he frame rate is woeful. Any ideas anyone...Cookie?

Late entry, but voted in.

Clive, I figure the Gordini is a high corner speed, spinning it "on the pipe", type of thing... just like a 2 stroke GP bike. Odd that it doesn't have a 5 speed transmission at a minimum. 4 speed wastes a lot of advantage.

What's the chances of a praccy server? I need to make sure I can connect reliably and not cause confusion, and delay....oops sorry, too much Thomas.

Can I join in this one? I think I have my rig working well enough to go back out into "civilized company".
 06:30 Monday 21st for me...

love the New Road America. Great work Ginetto, Remi and team.

Correct Dean...old age see. Yeah I use their software....no idea how to use it properly though.

No show I'm afraid. Still can't get any connection between the top (middle) 60deg of my wheel and the front wheels of a GPL car...apart from the 55's where it seems to be a genuine help. It's a Logitech G902 and it's taken a vast amount of time to get it working well on other games...But I can't see a way of clearing the dead spot in the wheel.

I would expect the front to be faster than that though as, like I said, I didn't spend too long on it as I will be driving around what's left of the real Rouen next week.

Crying, no doubt...

New business, I shall be attempting a comeback drive here. Great track to make a return on. Guys, I have voted on the reg page.

I've been having major PC problems which have been solved by ditching Vista and upgrading to Windows7.  Yes OK so I should have ditched Vista years ago but I just couldn't face reloading everything again from scratch.  Glad I did though, PC is rock solid on 60fps now Grin.

Yay Phil!! We did tell you.....

Race was interesting, sorry for hitting Bagrupp at lesmos on lap 1.  I'm trying to get used to using the clutch in my G25 after years of left foot braking.  It is like learning to drive from scratch.  I kept missing gears at the Curva Grande and got in David's way a few times, sorry mate.  Hope I can improve my control of the pedals before the start of the season  Roll Eyes

Way to go mate...braver than me, I'd have to really weight my pedals to drive heel/toe and full shifter. Would have to 'feel' like real car pedals.

Interesting stuff Dean - I didn't know you'd a racing background outside of Sims...

Just those 2 seasons, mid-pack on my good days (first time I wasn't lapped felt like a victory Cheesy). Watching from the sidelines (after dropping it) was more common than I want to admit. Most dramatic moment: 105mph high-side in corner leading onto pit straight proved the quality of (and wisdom of investment in) Dainese leathers.

Aside from that, a few practice session outings at Shannonville (and just one real race, at Circuit Deux-Montagnes, north of Montreal) on racing sidecars, stepping in for injured or otherwise unavailable monkeys passengers. If you ever need an adrenaline rush, try staying on the perch at 140mph with your butt 1" from tarmac, and your hip actually scraping along ground while pulling 1.5 G through 90mph corners.

Agreed, solo racing is great, but you've not lived unless you've "swung in the chair" of a racing sidecar. I did a couple of seasons with one of my club mates in a GT750 powered, forward exit post-classic sidecar that was a blast. Also a couple of seasons as relief passenger in a Junior (up to 500 class) dirttrack sidecar. Similar to speedway, only the races are run anti-clockwise, and the track has 1 right turn in it. But, enormous fun dragging your left shoulder in the dirt and dropping over the front wheel of an attacking competitor to keep them behind you....No wonder I've always got along well with you Dean..... Interesting stuff Dean - I didn't know you'd a racing background outside of Sims.  Mine was a Kawa KH750, and it could hit 10K revs, amongst other things, although I didn't properly race it, as crash helmets are expensive!

Aahh, now I understand why going sideways is so normal for you Martin!!. Those triples were RARELY ridden completely in line. Was the base for Kawasaki's KR750 GP and F1 bike that Barry Ditchburn used to ride. What a BEAST!!        Shocked
