Frex no worries dude I feel you came off worse than me, yes really enjoyed the close racing. I managed to get a good start and get in front of Geoff so basically had him on my tail for a few laps then he disappeared to be replaced by Frex both judging by there lap times they were faster than me but just couldn't get the run on me to get past as we were all in the same cars! well pleased with 3rd and really enjoy this cars shame we are not using them anymore in this series lol. Note to self must nobble the Italians as they are far to quick

RR has started to crash in VR again!!! dont know if its the new update or wot? Pete how di you sus yours  out? lost my setup in the first crash but managed to get into quali but didnt have time or remembered what i had done so was a little slow will all behind catching me! still didnt matter as the game crashed from oculus as here are no crash file bloody thing !! and oculus has updated as well!!

Hi All

I am with Geoff keeping RRE for a Thursday and as I message Martin I would be more than happy to create a series for these nights. I think Martin has done a cracking job for these RRE Thursdays but as Geoff said you cant please all the people all the time. RRE with its paid content and obviously huge difference between cars in certain series does cause a major problem with setting these things up and there is always going to be pluses and minimises to what ever you do. So if there is a a lot of positivity to keep RRE going on a Thursday? I don't mind trying to see if we can still put this evening on with some creative feedback from you lot as to what you would like to see? personally I would hate to see RRE diminish from UKGTR as the only other sim I really use is ACC and I am not sure that is really used here from what I can see.

Just cant seem to unlock this track! always been the same for me here, love the track but slow. I also am using VR which there is a view issue as its mostly guess work to find the apex at turn 4.
Geoff was on another level again great win dude! and i had a decent fight with Mark who was a lot faster than me but struggled to get his nose in front right to the end as i squeaked 2nd place.
I too also struggled with understeer in the slower corners and the speed through maggots becketts and chapel, maybe i could borrow Geoff's setup to see where i might be going wrong?

i really do enjoy raceroom and i would put it as my number one sim with ACC my second sim. I know there has been some discussion about numbers and maybe someone taking over one of the days for setting up of these races, i would like to throw my hat into the ring for this if that's OK? not sure who i should talk to about it?

WOW! what a couple of races Pete kept me honest in the first race not letting me get away cool race with ya. I the second race managed just to squeeze past Pete on the start to get into second behind Geoff  and had to wait for my tyres to warm up before I could start attacking Geoff who how ever I tried i just couldn't get past well done on the win bud and grats to Pete on the podium, and so it continues to the next track loving this series and these little cars!

what an epic race! got my new rig from DOR reality and new pedals, this was the first race to try the lot out. Managed to get pole by a squeak from Geoff but this was the first standing start for me with the new set up and I wasn't quite sure where the clutch bit point was so bit of a poor start. I did manage to keep on Geoff tail with some very close racing not many places to pass when your both flat out at brands. Geoff did make a mistake coming out of druids but i soon realized that I didn't have enough fuel for the end of the race and had to back off on the engine mode, this gave Geoff the opportunity to get up the inside of me going into druids , I out braked myself and he was through!! great racing with you dude certainly enjoyed that one a lot

Another close battle with Geoff!  wasn't sure about this event when I first tried these cars I just couldn't get below 2:11 and if ever a car needed traction control its these things!.
So just managed to squeak pole from Geoff by a nats !*%!  and at the start had a battle with both Mark and Geoff who I think had a few mistakes giving me a few seconds lead till the pit stops were I thought I had added enough fuel (22 laps) but obviously not as my pit crew added fuel which put me 1/2 a second in front of Geoff so here we go again he was on my case and with DRS, cold tries he was on me for a few laps, great racing with you! Once I got some temp in my tires I could slowly open up the gap to get out of DRS range.

Fun Fun Fun  these little things are a laugh! Just managed to get pole but Pete got the start on me so I was chasing him down and in these things it takes time!! managed to get the better of Pete round the out side on the second to last corner and then a very fast Geoff on my case and the last I saw of him was going into turn 3 two abreast reading the race reports I know why now.
Second race Geoff was way to quick and I just couldn't close the gap congrats on the win Geoff and Pete on 3rd

Great series loved these cars and grats to Geoff on the series win! I hope we run these again.

looking forward to the P1 series you tend to get the same issue in VR that the other are experiencing also up for a porker series as well

what times are you all getting at Brands for the P1 cars?
