Well, i agree with the tyre temps, but this is not the secret ...

i sent him my lister setup for BRNO so he could have a look what to change. Even i'm German it quite hard for me to tell the secrets about setting up a car, i don't know all technicial words exactly. AFAIK he tried my setup and got 4 seconds faster.

TBH, it's not the setup at all, there are some more points you have to pay attention to, like wheel settings i.e.

Yes, around 90 iss best for Dunlops.

Probably your Setup need some work. medium tyres at BRNO last around 45 minutes at dry weather with only loosing 2secs in the last 6 rounds.
