Super event!!!!!
Long time not been here (shame on me)

Super event!!
Thanks all involved, hope we can do this more often.

With the (slower) Ferrari 625 My UK-Competter was Jethro.
8 laps before the finish I see him being (easely) lapped by his fellow UK drivers I hunted.
I thought he would let me by on the straight, but he ignored the blue flags. (hé, it's compettition Wink )

In the breaking zone I lost the rear and bounce into him, losing 2 or 3 places Sad sorry for that!

Never the less, It was great Fun!
Big driver field, competitive committed drivers and horky 55's Wink

Thanks admins!
And thanks for making me smile reading some comment's!

Cu next time.

Congratulations Hristo, Piero and Axel!

It was great fun chasing you Axel on this beautiful track.
Unluckily I lost a wheel on a invisible pole and had to retire.

I believe this was the last race of this season, thanks all for racing, hosting and organising.

Cu on track next time.
Greetings Pedro.

The more drivers will show tonight, the greater the fun!

I have done lots of ovals ............and without competition its boring, true!

But ............ slipstreaming and overtaking  is very much fun.
Especially when helping each other with a tow and getting the favor back!

Cu on track.

6  UKGPL / UKGPL Races / Re: UKGPL Season 23 (2012) Porsche Cup (GT) - Vallelunga - Oct 12 on: October 17, 2012, 07:07:49 PM +0100
I expect many screen freezes with this track/mod combination. The track is doubtful, I remember more than half the grid getting freezes in a 65 race we did some time ago,

You were right H.
Also sad to say that my team, the only complete team (7Porsche7) was completely frozen!

Cu next time.

7  UKGPL / UKGPL Races / Re: UKGPL Season 23 (2012) Porsche Cup (GT) - Vallelunga - Oct 12 on: October 12, 2012, 09:50:45 PM +0100
Freeze Sad

Sorry Francesco for the contact in the 1e lap.
There is no overtaking allowed in rolling zone and you should have been behind me.
When you made a mistake I made a go for it, and eat dust from Axels car.

Sorry to see so little competers left ............only 8 Huh??

Cu next time.
8  UKGPL / UKGPL Races / Re: UKGPL Season 23 (2012) Porsche Cup (GT) - Imola - Sep 28 on: September 28, 2012, 10:47:52 PM +0100
@ Steve, driving with a broken arm and driving that pace, respect!!!

Sorry for the guys in front going out 3 laps before the end.
@ Sergio and Hristo, please look at the replay!!
Take it back 3 laps before the final accident, and see the 2 different line's driven over s/f.
At the accident one of you is not on his former lap-line.

For me abit boring race.
Lucky to be 3e, but what a shame there are so many left Sad

Congratulations Piero and Nicky.

10  UKGPL / UKGPL Races / Re: F2 Fun Race - Friday 24th August - Tulln Langenlebarn on: August 26, 2012, 09:59:09 PM +0100
I had no problems with framerate, lag or the bumpy track. ( I use the new one)

The only problem I had was at the start!
Going from 4e to 1e place, I was kicked in the rear by Ron.
He also had a good start and turned from left to right to avoided Andreas and Clive's car's.

The race and the track were fun!
So the result (ab it poor) is fun!

Thanks all for racing, cu next time.
Greetings Pedro.

but am I sopposed to go out of track to let you through? Then whats the point at all, I wonder...

There is no point, it's a "game" we play for fun.

a quote from Monty Phyton's "Always look on the bright side of life"

If life seems jolly rotten,
There's something you've forgotten!
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing,

1e of all, Congratulations to Sergio and Nicky.

It was a real pleasure to hunt you down Nicky Smiley
thanks for the race!

Grats to Van Berg for managing to enter the lenghty list of people who successfully ruined my race...

@Skymole 2173

My name = Pedro van den Berg.

I am sorry for kicking you out off the race James!
It was not on purpose I did not intended to do that!
I was on the max of my performance to overtake you for many laps.

Because you are very good in blocking I needed to create a opportunity to get by.
I try ed different places and different lines and have taken the  time to study your driving.
I try ed to pass you earlier but found that to dangerous!

To me it looked that you were getting ab it out of controle and I could not hold the line I predicted.
I braked all I got but could not prevent to touch you soft!
That's my fault, sorry!
GPL thinks different and troughs you in to the fens and out of the race, that's not my fault!

I am on a long list of people who ruined your race you say .............??
My races are seldom ruined, I have plenty of fare fight and much fun most of the time,
and I feel very sorry when I am part of a accident so always try to avoid one.
(You can ask around)
It is not up to me to judge your part of the crash or what was before,
I am just sorry it happend!

I hope this is enough said.
English is not my native language, and expressing feeling is difficult.

Greetings Pedro.
13  UKGPL / UKGPL Races / Re: UKGPL Season 23 (2012) Porsche Cup (GT) - Cernes Wood - Jul 13 on: July 17, 2012, 07:47:29 PM +0100
A thing I didn't understand. Why Pedro was in P1 on the grid and why he gave up after the green flag ?

My quali time was good for 13e place!
I found it more fair to give up the pole Wink

14  UKGPL / UKGPL Races / Re: UKGPL Season 23 (2012) Porsche Cup (GT) - Cernes Wood - Jul 13 on: July 14, 2012, 02:23:55 PM +0100
Friday the 13e

I had a Screen freeze in Quali.
The "PRO" driver from team "7Porsche7" Alex Barresi quit with driving the GT-Porsche's.
Evelclive is willing to join our club,
but he qualies just before me and crashes in the 1e lap.
Also Francesco crashed trying to avoid Evil.

At the start I am on the front row 1e on the grid ??
So everybody DQ themselves while passing me in the "Rolling Zone"  Wink

Later on I was hit with the "secret warpspikes" from Sky, and got stuck in a fence.

I found it a great track and a great race for as long as it lasted.
Thanks Organisation.
Congratulations to Tom, Mark and Sergio!
Cu next time, greetings Pedro.
15  UKGPL / UKGPL Races / Re: UKGPL Season 23 Porsche Super Cup - Daytona International Raceway - Jun 29 on: June 30, 2012, 08:53:19 PM +0100
I agree with NickyIckx  Grin

Congratulation Axel for this great win !! as well to Cloud and Clive .

My thrilling moment was getting freezed a few minutes before the race start!

Rolling start was great!
I have been reading to much and I also thought that there was no overtaking the 1e lap.
Sorry about that.

I Also enjoyed the race and am happy with my new PB Smiley

Thank for racing Cu at Cerne's Woods
