hello,

i have a problem.
with google drive (or whatname is) i can not download 3 cars, the bmw, the nissan and the opel commodore.
i get message, the file is to big for google virus scann, and if i click on "trotzdem ausführen" (can not translate in english, it is the thing for click on, if you do not care if there is a virus scann), it do happen nothing and same message i get again.

is it possible to download this cars with other link? or somewhere other?

4.40 i did laptime,  3.40 is not possible, haha. this is only in GTR2 with a fast GT car possible.

i did a few laps practise in server
little problem is, that 5th gear is a little to low and so i had around 3-4% engine wear a lap, which can be little problem in 12lap race, if you start with a bad % engine.
so my question is....can i hit ESC in GTL when i am already on track and go back to setup menü again? like in GTR2 is possible, but in race07 i think you get a DQ, so what is rule for this in GTL.
i do question, because if i get a low % engine (think in GTL this is random too, like gtr2), then i go to pits and go back to track again before race do start.....ahhh, only 30sec. in GTL?`

i did 3.40.xxx lap as best with 105litres, no idea if this is good or bad, but car feel good.

hope many people do drive this race, i like the car and track is good too (but little to long straights for this car)

last question....is in england still 1hour behind germany time? with change clock and time ago? or is this in england not syncron with germany in change clock 1hour back in winter time?

i got a information like you write, but in window8, and i did it like you write, but after this, i got this error message with perhaps not have enough rights (if i do admin open i got it too), but thanks for nogrip link, will download from there.
i hope i forgot not the race, i do not regular watch ukgtl forum (as i do nearly no online races anymore) and so i hope i do not forget, i must mark it in my calender, haha.

i can not open the le mans track download, i got a message which i can not translate in english (not good enough my english is), something with i have perhaps not enough rights? to open this programm, i did test with admin rights too, but nothing did happen.

can i download this track somewhere other too, to have identical version?

i am on server and i did any laps, i see, that server is set to 24 laps, which is longer then 1st race in sebring, here i saw in standings 20laps with laptimes 2.20 around, here a lap is longer, so will this 24laps be correct for the race?

is not easy to drive this car again after many races with modern GT3 cars i did in past months, but after any laps it is good feeling again, only the brake distance is hard to learn new, so long distance this car need to brake for a corner, in my brain i have other brake points for corners.

i can perhaps make this race, long time not drive GTL.
i did already any practise laps in server and like i did read from other posts, the cutwarnings in this track are not good, i got any if i come in outside of track in 2xdifferent places where i did loose time, so learning where you get trackwarning is important i think, as with this car it is very easy to come in outside of track, as the car is not realy easy to drive (for me), the cutwarning looks like random? for me (sorry i am not sure if random is correct word, i am not good in english).

yes, FPS is heavy on this track, but if i set all cores use, then no problems for me.

is there a force pitstop for this race, or can i make race without pitstop, i do ask, because in GTL i often had problems in past with pitstops.

i realy hope i can make this race, as the old games still are very good racegames.

this was a hard race,
if i was in start grip, i had NO gearhud to see, no trackmap, no standing, no tyrewear, nothing, only i saw my cockpit,
so i was not sure, if i had 1st gear or 2nd gear in for start and did slow start, and was unhappy,
then i was not sure if other driver see me (or my car do make blink blink and jump forward , backward, like anty had this in past anytimes), but i was able to see other cars perfect.
only i did not see who did drive the car, no names over car it was too, nightmare.
i was then 4th and let a little gap to the first 3, as i still was not sure how others did see my car.

later in race the red/black nissan had little problems i think and i did overtake and was 3rd, i was then in last laps close to the red/white nissan, but was not able to overtake without a risky move, so i did not risk,
so i did drive a good 3rd place home, which is very good with this no information i had and if i did jump in server i was dead slow too, miles behind the fastest drivers, so i am happy, that i did found good speed during the race (quali i was already fast).

edit..did forgot to write, that i had NO virtual mirror too, only the realistic cockpit mirror, which i normaly not use, strange this was, no idea why this did happen to me, i think in past someone had similar problem with carinformation (probably anty??)

i was thinking the season is over, if i did watch any days ago the championship standing, so i was thinking no race this thursday,
i will know tomorrow (or latest on thursday) if i can make this race.

i do not looking forward to the race start, i am not good in starting in R3E game, but in indianapolis the start line till 1st corner is endless long,
very probably i am nearly last before we arrive T1,
infield of track will be my chance, long straight will be my dead,
i do drive the little bmw, i like this car so much.

racepace for me after 1st testing is 1.31, with any 1.30.xxx laptimes, but not sure if this is possible in race, the big bmw and the nissans (and perhaps volvo) will be a driving chicane for me in the infield, so probably i can never drive this good laptimes in the race.

yes, a lot of fun, and very good is, that in this series the "slow down penalty" is out, as portimao is totaly shit track for cut warnings, any places you get warning without cut or earn time (at least i know 2 places where this do happen), in this track the "slow down penalty" kills the fun.
and i have feeling in this track my capri have better chance against fabcar car as it was in last race(s)., haha.
but difficulty will this track be with every car i think.
