Bad luck,
              Tony, guys.....just as I was going to ask Tony for the dl link for tomorrow's event my wheel broke down and as it looks I won't be able to repair it on such a short notice. (optical encoder). So I won't be there for the Great Ford vs Ferrari clash. What a shame.
Again I'd like to thank everyone and especially Tony for many years of sim racing fun with you. I am sure I will miss you guys.

What's next, back to GPL or continuing GTL at Micha's and friends ? I am not sure yet. Any suggestions for a nice raceplatform for the elderly driver will be highly appreciated. The eyes are fine again so I might give simracing another few years, that is when we're not on the coast.

I hope I won't lose sight of you guys altogeher . I have had so many good laughs on the forum and racing with you (on my own that is).

As long as this forum stays up I'll check regularly for any interesting posts.

Absolutely agree with what's been said. I don't know many people who have offered so much entertainment for others without any form of reward except the gratitude of those enjoying all the excellent racing series you managed to put on track. Thanks a million Tony and promise you won't burry yourself in endless days of playing golf !

Sorry to everyone for not posting my whereabouts of the past months. The thing is we stayed away quite a bit longer than initially planned and when back home I had to have eye surgery and it took quite a while before things were back back to normal,  Well,  in fact I am nearly there. No racing for the immediate future but I hope to be there for the Xmass Special. We'll see.
Hope everyone is fine and we'll be seeing eachother soon hopefully.

Yet, I think I need some time to get used to the idea of Tony stopping being the boss. Weird.

Gents, Spring is here which means the mrs and I will be at the seaside for a few months. I'll miss you all but not enough to stay home.

Interesting and as frustrating as my stop n goes in lap 1 and 2..
solution seems easy: we all delete the Merc folder and Tony posts a new one with only one .hdc available. Foolproof I’d say.

Will have to give this one a miss. Off to France for a family visit.

What is it with that swamp ? On a perfect lap one can only gain a few tenths there whilst too much speed wll kill your race. Yet we tend to go to the edge there and some will eventually go over it.... where’s the psychological explanation when you need one?

Me, i finished dead last but had two hours of pure racing fun.....

Murphy's law. As the lights went green both the lights in my room went off and my steering had a sudden death. I am completely in the dark what happened.
