Hmm.. I watched the replay for the first time and noticed that Bob had a problem with almost every driver he was near.
Ronnie Peterson and he had a nice little punch up entering the front straight. Good job Ronnie. He had no business going banzai on you and you were perfectly correct to punt him off the track to get your position back. I support you.
Here is the problem..submissions are based on differential thought and need to be integral thought. Hence a pattern, theme, or behavior will never be recognized.
That was really important and certain ( not all moderators ) are too dull to understand.
Now here is what is going to happen.
I am not going to submit an incident report because I see it as pointless. My wheels were pointed straight for the exit of the turn a full second before Bob ran into me and a two place penalty does not make a difference to me when I cannot continue.
Finally, I am quitting racing. Thanks Bod and Bad Blood.
I was looking forward to the moderator's report which I though would be fair but now with another senior moderator publicly ranting the poison has set in and has been biased.

Thanks Tom and you are correct.
This is why bad blood should not be a moderator. It will always be personal never professional.
Not to worry, I am NOT going to race the final event because I was doing much better until bad blood decided to vent his spleen constantly and I am upset again.
The real problem is guys like bob. I promise everybody that unless he takes a good look at himself he will do it again.

Just trying to help you understand what Canadians are like when it come time for the decision.
Hockey is the perfect analogy. You screw somebody up and you will get it back regardless of rules. That is the way it is here.
The important thing is that Canadians do not go around starting it.
A sincere apology to Tom. I did not mean to spoil your race. I am sorry for what I did to you and you certainly did not deserve to victimized by my berserk act.
I do not know who Bob is? I do not have the replay.
I think that bad blood needs to stay out of this because how can the moderators do their job properly when you have somebody in what is probably a senior influential position chanting in the background for your head. This is prejudicial and biased. So full of love yet so full of hate.

Who ever it was was not going to get by on that turn and they decided to crash in to me. As far as I could tell I was the second victim. I was upset by this foolishness and tried to torpedo him off the track next lap. This was supposed to be a fun race for Joe but it cannot be when this person is in a panic trying to get to where they think they deserve to be because they blew it in the first place. I probably broke every driving rule however you cannot take a run at my goalie.
Apologies especially to the shaw family and to the memory of Joe because I retaliated when I thought it turned into a disgrace.
In my own defense I grew up laying hockey.
To Ronnie Peterson: no worries you are a nice person.

I had terrific fun that race. I was in grief the Thursday before when my screen (program) decided to black out. I chatted with Geoff on Saturday afternoon and did a full reinstall of GPL/GEM etc. Many thanks. I did not know if I could even get into the race until 20 minutes before the race because no tracks were available to hop into. This race I had some good graphics instead of everything completely dumbed down to zero to avoid frame flicker. Because of my issues my car was not set up well for the turns but had great speed. My favorite part of the race was King hiro passed me half way between T1 and T2 and I actually caught him up and put my front wheels ahead of his Lotus before I had to get on the binders for T2.
It was great to be in the Honda and fly the flag. This car I could not drive previously since Christmas because of my corrupted program.
Hail the podium finishers.

SimRacing In General / Grand Prix Legends / stjovite crashes
|

Hello,
I do not know what to do.
I tried the Cookie suggestion of 60 fps and discovered that I do not have the rastiser that he showed. I do have the patches and I used them before I went back to what I had before that worked fine.
I have not noticed any crashes on any other tracks except stjovite.
It usually happens when the leaders are coming around to pass me. Sometimes it is the first or second and this time it was the forth. The screen seemed fine enough when it happened.
I deleted stjovite and reinstalled it.
Does anybody know what is wrong? Is it something in GEM+2?
Thanks,
Malcolm
