BRR had the same ideas when creating ffb2!

So I decided to take the info I got and optimize my current G27 settings 
I raised the ffb2 max force to 380 and turned off all auto centering I had left in logi controller settings.

After some training laps at WG with my Lotus 33, I did a new PB (-0.2sec)

For this track the Honda was not a bad choice

I had only one strange situation in the last lap when my brakes failed into the righthander into Mulsanne
Stranded on the sand trap and had to s+r    Have added the 30sec to the race time in results allready
Shame it destroyed a hot finish, as I was shure to catch Greg again on the straight...

S28 - Friday Trophy - Round 16 - CanAm 71 - Le Mans Night (nbsarthe)

The penultimate track of this season will be classic Le Mans.
We will be racing at night.
Most famous race in the world is probably the 24hours at Le Mans. It has also hosted several Grand Prix including the first ever - the French Grand Prix of 1906. The Grand Prix name ("Great Prize") referred to the prize of 45,000 French francs to the race winner. The franc was pegged to the gold at 0.290 grams per franc, which meant that the prize was worth 13 kg of gold!

Remember: for the LIGHT drivers the most popular car will be dropped for the rest of the season! Look at the bottom!

ONE reset is allowed but the Shift R must be followed by a Stop & Go in the pit lane within TWO laps.
If you Reset on the last lap a 30 second time penalty will be awarded if you cannot s+g before the finish line in the pit lane.

Drivers must complete 50% of the race distance to score.

Season 28 – Round 8 - 69 Extra Trophy - Mosport

For round 8 we visit Mosport. The first ever Canadian Grand Prix was held at Mosport in 1967 and was won by Jack Brabham.  The circuit was used again in 1969 in a race won by Jackie Ickx.  Jackie Stewart crashed out after tangling with a back marker.  More like something you would find in a GPL race than a real F1 event!.

69X use the 60fpsV1 patch.

The race will be run under INT rules and you have a free car choice.
You can do 1 shift+r with a consecutive stop and go in the pits !

Well, first of all a big grats to Dave for a deserved win!

Yes David it helps a lot to drive the same car all season,
but it is still a hard work to get the Honda handsome and keep it on such a high speed track.

Dave was allways close and in the reach of my tow, so I could not make up a bigger gap to get rid of him.
We had some great moments after he had found more confidence to try a pass...

Dave waited fair for me after a touch in lap 19 and the close fight began again, but was ended soon by my engine pop.
After my s+g I was in 4th and pushed too hard so my engine failed again just some meters in front of the s+f line wich I took rolling but a lap down.

A first look at the capacitors in the PSU might be a good idea, as they are the weekest parts.
If they have a "swollen" head they are obsolete...

Do not use multiple monitoring programs at the same time
IMO the best is HWinfo64/32.

Your issues can also be caused by the PSU,
check if it is ok by running prime95 and/or Unigine Heaven Benchmarks monitoring with HWinfo

Well first of all, a big grats to Doni for his first win here!
Of course this track is a gift for a GT driver like me.
After I had sorted out the braking problems in the training races my setup was perfect for the race.
So it was the drivers fault to brake a fraction too late into Indianapolis...



 

S28 - Friday Trophy - Round 15 - 67 F2 - Zolder 67

The next race of this season will be at Surfers Paradise International Raceway, a motor racing complex at Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The 3.219 kilometres (2.000 mi) long circuit was designed and built by Keith Williams, a motor racing enthusiast who also designed and built the Adelaide International Raceway (AIR) in South Australia in 1972.  The circuit was mainly used for Sports Car racing most notably in 1966 when Jackie Stewart and Andrew Buchanan won the Group A Sports Cars race in a Ferrari 250LM.  Formula 1 cars never raced here but there was a race for Open-Wheel cars in 1975 in the guise of the Australian Formula 1 series.
