Same here. I keep getting "Timed out" messages. I've checked that I have 60fps, tried direct connection but no success.

I get "Timed out" messages at least 10 times before I could connect ...

Season 44 F1 1967 WORKS – Round 7 –  MONT TREMBLANT (St JOVITE)

The seventh race in the 1967 Works Grand Prix series finds us at Mont-Tremblant. It is a 4.218 km (2.621 mi) race circuit located approximately 130 km (81 mi) north of Montreal, Quebec, in the city of Mont-Tremblant, Canada. It is the second-oldest existing race track in Canada, and was originally known as Circuit Mont-Tremblant-St-Jovite until it was renamed in the 1970s. Set in the shadow of the Mont-Tremblant ski hill, the twisting fifteen-corner track uses the natural topography and elevation of the land.

THERE ARE MORE THAN 19 REGISTERED DRIVERS IN THIS SERIES, SO :
The full time drivers can start to practice as soon as the server is available.  Reserve drivers can also join as soon as the server becomes available but must leave the server with 35 minutes of qualifying left, for a total of 5 minutes; this will allow any remaining full timers to join.  If there is enough space on the grid, the reserve drivers will be able to rejoin when there are 30 mins of qualifying left.

Season 44 F1 1967 WORKS – Round 6 –  IMOLA

The sixth race in the 1967 Works Grand Prix series finds us at Imola. The track was inaugurated in 1953, and it had no chicanes, so the run from Rivazza all the way to Tosa, through the pits and the eventually notorious Tamburello was totally flat out, as was the run from Acque Minerali all the way to Rivazza was just a long straight with a few small bends; and the circuit remained in this configuration until 1972. Long time home of the San Marino Grand Prix (and once of the Italian Grand Prix) the circuit is fast, bumpy and dangerous.
After the deaths of Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna in 1994, the track was remodelled to reduce speeds but we use the original, high speed layout.

In my case, I checked all my laps :
I clearly cut the chicane with 4 wheels out on lap 5, it was just after making a mistake and spun. The result was my worst lap : 2min29sec715

For all the other laps, I cut the chicane with a maximum of 2 wheels ...even if the other two wheels were very close to the white line on laps 10,12 and 13 but never entirely out of this limit.

By the way, if the moderator decides to penalize all the drivers except you and give you the victory, I will be OK and happy for you.

I've looked at the replays of the guys who beat me tonight. Of them only Dave and Roger, as did I, kept two wheels on the track on every lap at the three sections denominated as track limits. David cut the course six times, Matt managed to stay within the limits on three laps, and Eric cut the course on every lap except one. If I am not mistaken, cutting the course at the chicane gives a driver an advantage of one or two seconds per lap.

Cutting the course with 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 wheels ?
2 seconds a lap with only 2 wheels is a bit exaggerated.  Grin  Grin

In my case, I tried to follow the black line on the track ...except one or two times when I lost the control ...and then I lost 1 or 2 seconds !

Yes, one of the checkpoint is the chicane just before the pits. (the IA's are not able to pass it  Grin)

If we cut it (with 4 wheels out ?), we have to stop and wait in the pits during several seconds.

where are the 2 other checkpoints ?

At a certain point Reinier was not visible in my mirror,he was on my rear flank and end my race loosing one wheel.
Aniway ,i'm sorry, but this track don't like me in comparison with the 1971 version.

Sorry Frencesco, we were side by side, you went right on my car and I had no space to go !
sorry it ended your race, I was more lucky and everything was OK for my Cooper except I lost several seconds.

When I connected, I had very low fps (between 20 and 25) and I had to reduce the number of several objects around the track to have decent fps.

Hi getting lots of invalid lap times Training (xxx) here wonder why or where on track going wrong, do not want to get disqualified when race, any ideas.

Same for me.
Maybe when we cut the chicane before the finish line ?
I went several times on sand, too ...

Not understood why we can't use Zeltweg 1971.There is a reason?
It was GPL Brasil's turn to pick the circuits for this season. So I can't comment on the reasoning but I quite like the track. However, it appears I'm in the minority  Roll Eyes

I like it too  Wink

Season 44 F1 1967 WORKS – Round 5 –  ZELTWEG 1970

The fifth race in the 1967 Works Grand Prix series finds us at Zeltweg in Austria, the original Österreichring. Built in 1969 to replace the bland and bumpy Zeltweg Airfield circuit, the track was known for being very fast, as every corner was a fast sweeper and taken in no lower than 3rd gear in a 5-speed gearbox and 4th in a 6-speed gearbox.  There are also noticeable changes in elevation during the course of a lap which means the downhill sections are even faster. Like most fast circuits it was a hard circuit on engines and even harder on tyres simply because the speeds were so consistently high. The first World Championship round to be held at the Österreichring was in 1970 and the race was won by Jacky Ickx, driving a Ferrari. His teammate, Clay Regazzoni, made it a Ferrari 1-2 by finishing second a mere 0.61s behind. Rolf Stommelen achieved his only podium finish, coming third in a Brabham-Ford. Local driver and championship leader Jochen Rindt started from pole position in his Lotus-Ford, but retired with an engine failure. It would turn out to be Rindt's final Formula One race start.
