Same story, if you want to keep your headunit and have something to use with ipod and mimics an autochanger and takes hard drive etc.

Look at these... http://www.dension.com/

Also lets you control music from your cars controls in some cars

lmao... you guys!  Grin

Sounds daft I know but it's because once the pedal is against the stop I just can't stop pushing! Smiley

I'm a muppet!
5  Everything Else / Chit Chat / Knackered knee on: September 13, 2011, 07:35:46 AM +0100
OK, so my right knee is not happy and it's mostly down to pressing too hard on the accelerator for an hour and a half race etc.

Any bright ideas to mod my pedal!? / anyone had something similiar?

Yes, it's a sign of age!.... :'( before everybody, especially Legzy jumps in !!!  Grin

Sorry to miss this guys, did a gym class Tuesday and my right knee was complaining a lot.
This morning I could barely walk!
Lots of massage etc. later, I can now hobble!  Grin
Not good!
All down to pressing too hard on the loud pedal unfortunately!
Any one else had issues?

Wow, you guys...

Had a brilliant race, loved every single minute.
Was almost too cautious overtaking the GT's at times but thats why I finished!  Grin

Came 4th in the fun race before the season started and was really pleased to get home 4th again.
Thanks to Dimitry for a great race especially the last few laps.
Not sure what happen to you as you didn't finish the last lap?

Shame to hear all the woes....

Looking forward to the next one!  Grin

Wow that was great fun.

Having missed last weeks race, ( sorry! ) was running no ballast so was determined to make that count!
Qualified in pole but found the first lap a struggle Sad
Had a great race with Jubei all race but a half spin and coming across srw sideways in the middle of the track and having to come to a complete stop to avoid him meant I lost 20 secs! Sad
( No worries srw!! by the way! thats racing! lol )
Luckily with new tyres I was catching Jubei fast but not fast enough as we flew over the line a second apart!
Really good fun, very intense! Dripping with sweat!... nice  Grin

Thanks all, this series is just awesome!

Morning buddy!
Ah well that explains it!  Grin
Yeah bit of a shame, I was on half fuel, hence my pace, didn't realise you were on TS until later on!
Lost my rear wing so that was prety much it!
Came out with Hal and Legzy so was still shaping up to be fun but an error into the last corner and a half spin put me a country mile behind!

Ah, well, what could have been!  Wink

Strange one that...

Was experimenting with running less wing and eventually found a setting which knocked half a second off my pb, made me fast on the straights so thought that was a good plan....

No as it turns out! ... Not sure what happened but loaded full fuel and did a few test laps and all looked good!

Qualified in 4th so was feelin good...

Come the race, I went backwards very fast... no front tyre temps, understeer everywhere, took 4 or 5 laps to get any sort of pace together... held it together and came home 7th wondering what I did wrong!
Guessing everybody stuck with the high wing set ups!?

Puzzled!

M.

Morning guys...

Shame you can't see me skipping round the office this morning!!  Grin
Really pleased with second!
Sounded like tyre wear might be an issue so did a long run in practice to test a one stop strategy and all looked good!
Kept it all clean, made no errors! and was surprised not to be caught in the later third of the race.
Even managed to do my pit stop without issue! Although it sounds like I was very slow at that!
So slow that I came out in front of Legzy!! Smiley
Tyres were a struggle for the last two laps but was not under pressure so dropped the pace off.

Thanks to all those who moved over for me when being lapped! Not sure I would have been so observant!

Thanks all, great fun / race
