Hey guys nice to see some old faces still here  Grin
It needs to be in novice mode Picnic, lol.
No I'm still living in Oz, wouldn't have it anyother way.  With that in mind and as much as I would love to do a few laps with you guys my ping would probably be in the 300 region, not really acceptable to serious on-line racing  :'(

Hello guys,
well having just plugged my old DFP wheel for the first time in 2 years, started up GTR2 and joined multiplayer, only to find about 6 people online! I began to wonder what sim people were using at the moment.  I still have rfactor and GTR2 but the multiplayer seems to be devoid of online racers, whats everyone playing now?

Locotus was penalised at Donington for cutting, now is everyone going to be rewarded for doing it?

Fully agree mate.
All those guilty of corner cutting please take one pace forward.  Wink

Watch and see how many 550's engines blow, either that or the rev's will need to be turned way down.

Unfortunately Greg's appearance in the Academy (with my blessing - boy do I feel like a chump now)  coupled with Picnic's DNF has extinguished the last (admittedly distant) hope of Team Shark getting the team championship. :'(

Dont worry Dave, if all goes according to plan I will off down under in about 5 weeks.  It was nice to be able to enjoy my racing and relax for a change  Wink

Good race really enjoyed that.

Grats to Perdy, well done fella.  Might have been able to put you under a bit more pressure if I wasn't so inconsistent nowadays, still did my best and enjoyed the race.

9  UKGTR / UKGTR Races / Re: UKGTR NGT Sprint Masters - Zhuhai - Dec 12 on: December 14, 2006, 10:14:18 AM +0000
It was me Greg that spun in that right hander, but as I say above I really wasnt braking at the right points early on, so no problem! Sorry to Flybri as I moved into your path trying to correct myself. I thought everyone had already passed me. Doh!

Yep appologies for the spin fella.  Just goes to show how one incident can have a knock on effect further down the field, if I hadnt spun you then you would not have had the incident with Bri.

12  UKGTR / UKGTR Races / Re: UKGTR NGT Sprint Masters - Zhuhai - Dec 12 on: December 12, 2006, 09:44:22 PM +0000
Unbelievable, get my darn internet fixed and the rsr's engine just gives up without warning, oh well, just about sums up my luck this season, lol.

Big apologies for whoever it was I hit as we went round that slow right hander, didn't expect you to slow down so much.

Grats to Ruskus for setting the 3rd quickest time in the world for an NGT at Zhuhai, especially when carrying 50kg of ballast, unbelievable.

Well thats me done till the new year, off to get some winter sun, see you all next year and a very merry Christmas everyone.

I know what you mean mate, we use a ventrilo server for team 28CDM, a real bonus on the race track and battlefield.  Wink
14  UKGTR / UKGTR Races / Re: UKGTR Endurance Masters - Spa - Dec 3 on: December 03, 2006, 08:15:26 PM +0000
Sadly my internet connection is still poor so to save me warping again I shall have to give tonights race a miss.  Sad
15  UKGTR / UKGTR Races / Re: UKGTR NGT Sprint Masters - Spa - Nov 28 on: November 28, 2006, 09:14:47 PM +0000
Well all seemed ok for a while but on lap 2 or 3 the warping started again, thought it wise to leave before I ruined anyones race, just hope I caught it in time.
Role on Friday then the man from BT comes to hopefully fix my connection problems, fingers crossed.

Appolgies to anyone if I warped into them, I deffinatly wont be racing again until this is sorted out, just not worth the risk of ruining anyones race.
