2  UKAC / UKAC Races / Re: UKAC Season 11 - Ferrari 250GTO - Goodwood - May 30 on: May 31, 2018, 12:08:37 AM +0100
Was a good quali for, 5th, a bit slower than the practice, but I was a bit unfocused and the others ahead me was really fast.
Start, I was so absorbed from the cars that I forgot totally the first stack, try to avoid FMG and I'm going on the grass. I lost all positions.
Come back furious, I had a little hit to poor Alessandro (sorry dude), totally misunderstand the stack at last corner, I saw a windonw where was impossible to overtake.
Just lap after I hit gently Stefan, but was totally unavoidable because I'm exit at the same corner and I haven't brakes to avoid the hit, sorry again
I did at last 2 or 3 good overtakes, and luck help my at last lap with felix: I thought that you had fuel problem, was pity! Finish 6th
Cya next round

It's meant to be orange - I even used the Pantone colour picker in photoshop but AC had other ideas.
So she's more Brabham than BRM....

Yep, looking like 67 Brabham so far, but is still excellent! Cheesy
If you need\want a little help, will be a pleasure for me

5  UKAC / UKAC / Re: Ferrari 250 GTO Championship on: May 18, 2018, 10:37:00 AM +0100

Yep, was pretty easy, no heavy modification from the original rosso corsa, just added two or three thing, a work of 5 mins

Great track and great race against Mark, was hard to defending my position
Definitely was a great champ, pity that I never understood completely the car.

10  UKAC / UKAC Races / Re: UKAC Season 9 Porsche 962 - Brands Hatch - Apr 18 on: April 19, 2018, 11:24:09 AM +0100
Was a restraint race for me, no enough pace, really slippery setup, I tried to kept the position. I was able to stay close from the firsts for about 15 mins, after fatigue won, did some mistake and never catched the same laptimes of the first 15 mins, just managed the gap with Mark. Also two wrong downshite forced me to manage the engine to avoid mistake and retire.
At the end I saw some mistake in front me, but I was so unconcentrated that when I saw the smoke I went straight for the grass Smiley
Great race anyway, and great pace from Felix, 1 second faster than others, in any cases, impressive.

Chris, Porko and Felix were the fast boys in the Lotus champ. So far I've done a couple of laps using an unmodified setup from an earlier round. As you can see on the lap time link its currently rubbish  Grin

don't forget fabri, much more fast than me
13  UKAC / UKAC / Re: DRM Revival Mod on: April 05, 2018, 07:09:17 PM +0100
I think the next series with these will be good, might attract some new faces as I guess these things will be very popular and people will want to race them in a series.

Big OT: my dream is a F1 season '67 with Lotus 49.

+1
and 312 too

Yes, it was good battle with Mark J. Very good overtake in 1st lap, Mark! I was good surprised. thumbup1 Then i make 2-3 small slide mistakes, lost 2 pos else. Then return these. And begun to catch MarkJ . Too many small slide mistakes , but i was right behind Mark but he was disco . So sorry... Then tryed to approach to Porco, but race was finished. I am in 6 pos. Good result for me.
Porco, why you was reachable for me in the end? Car damage?
Congrats podium and Felix. Increadible skill and lap times!
Thanks to Larry - he was very good in passing laped cars  Smiley

I did two mistake at Stavelot, bit external, after the third mistake the server give me a drive through.
After this I managed my gap, but I didn't know that you was so near, so I kept the throttle up too much!
