It would be nice if all three cars were competitive on all tracks, in practice this seems very tricky given how slow the Mustang is. The weight penalty on the Nissan wasn't doing much at Daytona because the advantage comes on the oval section. My lap times were the same as they were in practice without the ballast.
We had some good racing with Pete until he fell back. Congrats to podium finishers.

What a mess with the race settings. Mandatory pit stop that was not so mandatory apparently. Pitted because I feared I was going to get DQ'd for race 2, finished 6th because of it then got dumped to last starting place anyway for race 2 because apparently I "won" race 1. The race results shown on screen were untouched. Then race 2 was 20 laps, not 20 minutes, so my engine started sputtering with one lap to go, which ruined the battle with Matt.

You really need to set the car-specific FFB gain for each and every car, some are too light others too strong. Also reducing linearity can help.

I changed fronts only, no fuel, and leapfrogged to second (not sure what happened to John). I assume Mark changed all four as he was quite a bit faster than me in the end but only managed to pass on the second to last lap. The Vette is quite understeery so I preferred to change the fronts so my rears were at sub-60% by the end. It was fun, even if the GT3s in my opinion did not benefit as much from the new FFB as other cars did.

Fun race with Pete. This track benefits the Nissan due to the long straight and lack of tight corners. Daytona maybe even more so, but I would expect on twistier tracks the Audi is favoured. If the Nissan is nerfed too much I see little reason to drive it as the other two are easier to drive, even if somehow less fun.

I tried a bunch of different cars at Brno but they all understeered like crazy so I skipped the race. No enduro next week because supposedly the new FFB is coming out. Tonight is probably the last time I touch R3E until the FFB gets an update. Here's hoping nothing breaks in the process and people who find the current FFB objectionable will experience an improvement.
