Im pretty sure AGP slots are brown and PCI-E are white. Dont hold me on that though.

As for 256 vs 512 pretty much agree with sheepy, however i imagine the 512 would stand the test of time more and save you upgrading that little bit longer. But then again that £45 could be put towards a new card in the future

I have an X1900XTX which runs gtr2 full spec without a problem, however if i was you i would spend the full £150 and go for the X1950 512MB.

PCI-Express or AGP are both roughly the same price not sure which you need. (check your motherboard documentation).

Macau was the 1 thing i liked about RACE. Great addition to GTR2 imo. 

I knew i hadnt finished 1st which made the race end even stranger lol. Once i quit and went to chat everyone was saying well done buckie, i was thinking they were being sarcastic and i had done something really wrong lmao. I then looked at grid and realised it showed me as 1st and whole field had DNF.

Pretty sure i finished in either 4th or 5th place but as you all know there server went haywire, i didnt even know race was over. So i done an extra lap it would seem and when i quit it showed me as 1st and whole field had DNF.   .

Not sure if thats pointed at me paul but i do know there was a few bumps between us. Both bumps happened on same bend and on both occasions i had accelerated out of the bend and followed my usual line into middle of track which i can be seen clearly doing on most laps of the race. Unfortunatly you ran into my rear driver side.

In no way was i trying to block you passing and at times i can be clearly seen taking left side of track to let you by although you never had the pace. When you did get by it was due to very late breaking and cutting the 1st chicane, to which this time i ran into the back of you.

If my driving was out of line accept my apologies.

Incase none of you have heard steam are doing a free trial weekend of race running from 18th-21st of this month, Pre-loading has already started and shall be accessible to play as soon as the trial begins.

Although i went from 2nd in qualifying to finishing 2nd last   i really enjoyed my 1st race and look forward to the next.

Hi guys,

Pretty new to the whole GTR scene but im very intrested in joining any championships that will take me.

Im not sure to which nights these races are on but im available for most bar the odd weekend when i go on a booze binge .

Maybe 1 of the admins can get back to me and recommend a good starting place for me, it would be appreciated.
