Count me in for this one. Haven't really used this car since the demo. It'll be good to get a bit of practice in it again.

Hoping to make this one too. Got to get to grips with the handling of this beastie, it didnt seem as powerful as i thought an E-type would be and trying to get it to turn into the bends was a real handful. Could only manage a 1:19 with a half hour test last night Any setup tips from the aliens or E-type fans would be greatly appreciated Can anyone tell me, is there a performance enhancement with the 3 e-types available? or are you paying extra just for a different paint job?? Seems odd that there is a 25K difference in price to the stock one offered and the two other models in the garage. cheers Mark

Managed a 1:18.1 after A few laps.
Didn't realise there was a price difference between the 3 Jags, not sure which one I have. 25k sounds a lot to pay for a paint job, or any other sort of job for that matter.
Edit - Just had a look at the driver guide, it doesn't mention different E-Type models.

Two are "blister" type hard roofs and the third is a "fastback" type design. The fastback is a lot heavier but more aerodynamic; at a very high speed circuit it might have an edge, but at Dijon it's about a second a lap slower because of the extra weight.

Well spotted Dave. I've been driving the lighter and more expensive "blister" type.

1:16.249 in my 3rd lap. After that only 1:16.4xx-1:16.8xx. SO I hope I can get my race-pace near that. Oh, and I guess the times are GMT right?
