(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Power and Glory v2 from here, 2.1 patch from here and enable terrain patch.
(4) P&G has no 'Pit Speed Limiter' function. You may go as fast as you like in the pits, but please exercise caution. Penalties will be handed out for causing contact in the pit lane. Use your best judgement when making your pitstop during the race.

This track was fun to in the 'vette 72 earlier this year, and it's even more fun in the GTA IMO.

I can manage 1.43.750 lap, and I'm and curious to learn how fast the aces are flying down that 'blind' downhill righthander and the rest of this track ?

Just finished a fast test with the GTA around Jops... It's a really good track for this car  punk punk

At the moment I managed a 1.43.3 with race fuel. I have a 1.42.7/8 with my best sectors, but I need a bit more training to be consistent... There are a lot of dangerous trees scattered around the track, so it's a track that doesn't forgive any mistake, if you do it in the wrong place!

It should be an intersting race, and I'll do my best to join it. However I'm not sure if I'll be able to do this one yet Undecided

Looking forward to this one. Seems to turn out as a funny one.
Still two problematic corners but up to now a 1.47,027 in the Alfa
without a suitable setup, which makes me happy for now.

Finally I joined the great G25 world!!!

It's since 5 years I play GTR2 with a Thrustmaster, and I have to say that with the G25, GTR2 and P&G are 2 different games  Shocked Shocked Shocked
I've just finished a quick test offline in Jops, and my times are getting better with the new wheel. Evenmore it helps a lot to be more consistent in race pace. Never tought it would have been so different, I'm too pleasantly surprised Smiley Smiley

Hope to be able to make my "debut" race tomorrow.

Great track/car combo this. Didn't have much time for pracci and just ran with my stock Alfa setup which seemed to work ok once I'd found the right gear ratio.

Had a nice opening few laps but just brushed those silly haybales and got sucked in which put me right back. Rest of the race was just hotlapping, which was a shame as the different strengths of the alfa and stang would have made for some great racing.

Congrats pody  Cool

Really unlucky debut for the G25 Sad.

I just checked the replay, and my impression during the race was right. After 3-4 laps, Tony had a lag (or maybe was just a server issue), and his car spun without any contact, cause I was at least 7-8 cars behind him. After his car spun I find it in the middle of the track, without any chance to avoid him, so I've lost the lead and other 13 seconds Sad.

I did a good come back from 7th pos, replacing the gap lap after lap with the guys in front, but after I passed Matt, I was pushing too hard, and was sucked by the wall on the right corner before first sector. I damaged the suspention, and restarted my chase on Mark and Matt. It was succesfull, and I re-gained the third position.... til the last corner of the penultimate lap, where my car spun again Sad

At the end, it was a good fun indeed. Thx everybody for racing, it was a very balanced challenge Wink

Cu soon Smiley
