Championship Standings

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the rules about in-game chat messages.
(3) You will need to install Power and Glory v2 from here, 2.1 patch from here and enable terrain patch.
(4) P&G has no 'Pit Speed Limiter' function. You may go as fast as you like in the pits, but please exercise caution. Penalties will be handed out for causing contact in the pit lane. Use your best judgement when making your pitstop during the race.

Weather
A weather site will be consulted on the Sunday afternoon before the race and if rain is forecast for the race location then expect a wet weather race. Rain will be set at 80% unless the forecast is for light showers in which case a 40% setting will be used.

Wonderful track / car combo, IMO. It's a heap of fun to toss the mini's around here.

This should be right up Ades's alley, and he can pick the 1275  scared

I wonder if the other fast guys like John stand a chance against him in a 975, should be fun to watch.

I'll be in the 1275 as well, and I'm at 1.05.930 on low fuel and soft tyres.

How fast are you guys lapping ?

Not likely, I'm struggling to get into the 1:05s at the moment! I imagine this is Clive's worst nightmare - being forced to drive a Mini, and not just any Mini...the least powerful one  Grin

Minis?...groans inwardly  Sad I had thought this was another round of the TCC using our regular cars and was going to take a 'tina. I hate minis, but will prob still turn up for the racing.

It is another round of the BTC MJ. The next race after this goes back to the usual cars. This marks a transition between the first and second parts of this season. You will be able to change your car choice, if you want to, for the next three races.

Don't know why but really dislike the Mini too - maybe a wet race would be
a life saver  - just kidding guys  Wink

Will be there - of course

He, he ...   sounds very promising Grin   John is struggling to get below 1.06, Clive hates the car, MJ hates the car and Eifelblitz dislikes the car.

Don't bother to practice guys, it's just one race. These go kart
like contraptions are not for pro's anyway, so you're better off focusing on the grown up  cars instead.
Just leave this one to Ade and me  devil, we're not afraid to drive gokarts

Furthermore, you'll be in fine company. This guy NEVER drove a gokart, and probably never got drunk either whistling

All right, OK, muy bien, klap lige hesten ..... we'll leave out Stewart. Let's  replace him  with this guy, the most successful Lemans driver ever, AND he happens to be a fellow countryman of mine Grin Grin

Count me in to the back part of the grid too...
Although I can easily win races against 120% AI, in real life I can’t better MJ’s times at the moment. Does anyone have any special recommendations on how to take the most speed trough the more challenging corners 3, 4 and 5??

See you tomorrow!

Perhaps try to let the engine do most of the braking entering turn 3-4-5. And then phone Sir Stewart . . . . . he can tell you exactly when to hit the throttle again  Grin
