................................ as making someone in a cortina drive say a slower variant of it wont do much for their enthusiasm!

Anyone capable of getting a manky old Cortina up the sharp end needs all the slowing down that you can muster!

The Lotus Cortina is a matter of "seconds" faster than the standard variety as I recall so that should do nicely!

Unofficial LapChart

Great race. Really like those boxy Cortina's. 1st and 2nd corner are good at this circuit. You are really punished on the backstraight when you mess up those corners especially in the Cortina. Hate those last chicane mainly because of my inability to carry any speed through it..

Had some splendid battles with Tony (nearly took you out at the end of the straight  Shocked ).
Think I stick with the little Cortina throughout the series.

I'm half tempted to stick with the Gp2 Stang all season, It's good fun and I can't wait for it to rain so I get my drift on!  Grin

I'm using an application which is called Autosim Analyzer (v1.65). The analyzer uses the result files which are available when you download the race's replay.
It's been around for quite some years but the creators (autosim.ru) do not seem to update/support it anymore. It does not help either that their site is in Russian  Grin

Funny enough Google does not give a clear site where you can (more or less) safely download this software.
I could post a link (it appears to be freeware) but I do not know if this is allowed by the admins...
