Time of Day Setting: 14:00
Start: STANDING
Tyre wear: Normal
Fuel consumption: Normal

Server: simracing.org.uk SCC
Password: see above

Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.
(4) Driver lists can be found on the Championship standings page

Special Notes: None

I won't be able to attend this race but Picnic has kindly agreed to sort out the replay and results.

It will be up to the attending drivers to vote sessions on.

Have a good 'un

Well that was a fast one Wink Too bad Geoffers you didn't last a couple of laps longer as the server decided to restart to next track for some reason Sad. Although it was not here I'm convinced this very same thing happened to a group of us(maybe GTLDK or another)at this track once before Huh. Oh well, fun stuff while it lasted and congrats Mark!!! Relay and Results now posted. I hope it was a problem with the track and not something I did. I thought I checked it was for laps and not time!

I don't think it was anything you did Picnic as the laps were set correctly at 26. But the results are screwy because I know I was second and Mark was first. Not sure about the others Undecided

I saw you pitting when I passed the finish line at the beginning of my last lap before it unexpectedly ended
so we were in the same lap again, but I've no idea whether you were in 2nd or 3rd position.

Difficult here with the snakes on this bumpy track, at least a new pb during this sprint  Wink

Yeh, was surprised how well I was going as I hadn't driven the car before, but I bounced over the kerb & gave it just a little too much gas & round it went! It got on the grass & the slope took it into the abyss, race over, was fun up until then. Was having trouble at that turn, having to take it really slow so as not to lose the rear on turn in, you & Mark were able to take it much quicker.

Congrats to the podium, cya at Zandvoort next week, hope to get to the end there as I have had DNFs the last 4 weeks!

Smiley Really good racing while it lasted. Navin and Geoffers got away at first but I managed to close the gap after a few laps. My car was slow up the long hill but faster in other sections so it made for some interesting racing.

Navin and Geoffers were having such a great battle as I closed and it was fun to watch.......Then Navin lost it some where and I found myself racing Geoffers until he went off into the twilight zone. Navin was then back on my tail but actually showing as in the pitts when I passed the start finish straight.....Very strange. It would have been so much fun if Geoffers could have stayed on and the server not crashed but hay ho these things happen........And I needed some good points.  Grin

So true that it was great early in the run. I got a decent start but bogged it just slightly so Geoffers got to turn one first. I was having a little struggle with the Cobra on heavy fuel but got to terms with it and started putting some pressure on Geoffers but he was running very well especially with no practice time. Kept pushing and was able to get side by side going up the backstraight a couple of times but was on the outside and couldn't finish the pass. Good tight racing!! Grin. I saw that Mark was closing down on us and I thought I need to get this pass done! I was trying to get a better exit on the last corner only too get very loose and lost it. I got up 2 wheels up on the pit lane guardrail and grinded it like a proper skater would Shocked. But I did come down luckily with only a minor wound on the right wing. It didn't seem to hurt the cars handling so I was back in the chase Smiley. Closed down on Mark and Geoffers who were now in their own scrap. I saw Geoffers go off and was now right on the back of Mark. Had a couple of laps of some good battling with Mark who was driving just as well as Geoffers and then the server crashed all our fun Sad. But as Mark said these things happen and thank goodness not nearly as often as they use to in the old days of SimRacing. Cheers fellas
