The last time I went round this track was with you guys in the fun race we had quite a while ago, Im sure there were quite a few of us in the 1;58's  Huh

You were in the 1:58s Leuven, think the rest of us were in the 2:00s or higher.  Wink

I'd be happy with consistant 2:01-2:02 race pace myself.

I'm only down to about 2:08 - the Jag is a big fat dog. But I was still improving.

If there's space I'll take the Mini out.
Probably be eaten alive on the long circuit but the Mini's just so much fun -- no idea of laptimes though.

Well I eventually managed a 2:01.1 in the Mini which extrapolates to you doing a 1:55 or slightly under  Wink

Think the Mini is pretty competitive around Mondello, even the full version doesn't have any big straights.

Just managed a 2:00.0 in practise in a Cortina, but kept running off trying to match it. Looks like I'm going to have to back off a bit for the race.

Drat, after the server was restarted I was too slow getting back in (was half-watching the Steelers/Colts NFL playoff game) and it was full. Roll Eyes It's good really that so many turned up. Grin

There has been a bit of confusion over race length - I set it to 25 laps but as peeps pointed out this is more like 50 mins rather than 40. I'm sure I should have been paing more attention  Embarrassed but I'm unsure which to use

The server race lengths are set in laps hence my action but do we want to tweak the next few races to be more like 40 mins?

Let's stick to the distances as published - once we get onto the faster GTC and 76 cars the times will come down anyway.

Hmm don't know how I got that one so wrong. Spent ages sitting there with a calculator using GTL Rank times to work out how many laps it should be. Might have been looking at Mondello Intermediate I reckon for the lap times as the International Mondello is down as FMondello (eh?). Today's should have been 19 laps by my calculations so must have been looking at the wrong track.

There are varying different race lengths this week, I've done calculations based on a bit below the WR (as we're not all green and look like sprouts) so hopefully they should be more accurate than this one. Sorry.

Amazed we're getting so many people again. Not like this for GTR. Great stuff.

Darn. Was there not a warm-up period? Or did people vote the skip it?

Went to grab a quick drink with 1.5 mins of Q2 left and got back to find the race already underway  Sad

Don't think GTL has warmup sessions at all Paul. Certainly never seen them, it always skips straight to race at end of qualifying.
