i managed to get a couple of practice runs in over the weekend and fiddle around with the setup, so was hoping to be a bit closer to the pace, but was still 2 secs off pole and about the same in the race, could any of the other astom martin runners send me there setups from the race? would be interesting to see how much is down to setup and how much down to my driving!

Nice race for me. Smiley

It was very close between me and spanner and TT joined the fun at the end as well.

That took a lot of effort from me as it was so close for so long. Intense and great fun. Grin

Cheers guys, thats cheered me up a bit Smiley

Enjoyed that though have never enjoyed the races we've done here before so wasnt going in with much enthusiasm. Luckily my changes before the race worked, didnt think the softs on the front would last so switched to meds which actually worked really well as the rears dont get that much abuse, though at times i was struggling.

Enjoyed chasing TT early on, Just tried to follow and keep the pressure on but my faster topspeed and late braking helped into the chicane only to see TT fall off a few corners later. Not used to this so i even slowed wondering what to do! However i need someone to concentrate on and follow, so my pace slowed slightly but was enough to see H@L closing in and a few fumbles from me allowed him through but got past again on the brakes.

The last race we did here i finshed 6th i think and my pace wasnt too different so thanks for picking slower cars Tongue  Grin

Thanks TT,
i did a comparison last night, did 10 laps with my setup, then 10 laps with your setup and was quicker straight away with your setup, i will look through the set up in a bit more detail at the weekend
