Scheduled Maintenance - Multiple Racks - Wednesday Night

We will be conducting scheduled maintenance on multiple racks of servers on March 14th, from 10 PM PST to 1 AM PST. The maintenance is required to resolve an ongoing issue where once the capacity of a specific switch is exceeded; it results in high latency and packet loss across that rack.  We will be swapping these switches out for higher capacity switches. These higher capacity switches will ensure no further network issues in regards to exceeding capacity.

While we don't expect any issues and a maximum downtime of 1 hour per rack, we do ask for you to plan accordingly for a 2 hour maintenance window. We will have staff on-hand to immediately address any potential issues that we may encounter. The servers will remain online during the maintenance, however they will be disconnected from the public network. As such, both websites and email will be inaccessible during the capacity upgrade. Once the capacity upgrade has finished, they will be reconnected, and all services will return to normal immediately.

I've noticed a few latency issues over the last few days so hopefully this will resolve them.
