The first round of this mini series takes place in the familiar environs of Silverstone in Northamptonshire, home of the British Grand Prix. Joe raced on the club circuit here a number of times in his racing career. We will be using the full 1967 layout which often produces close and exciting racing.

Despite having a pretty decent go in the GT round just last week, Silverstone has never been a circuit I looked forward to competing upon.  Bone flat, killer kerbs, blah!

Having said that, since this is a race in Joe's honour, I'll most definitely be there.

(And no one-lap tour this time!)

Yep, pencil me in as well....another excuse, not that we need one, to get out in the big bangers.

I'll be there. I wonder if there's any way we could mix up the chassis a bit though? Otherwise we'll probably be looking at a Lotus spec series. Aside from anything else, it might feel rather more appropriate to have a Brabham leading the way...

There could be a sort of gentleman agreement for which each one agrees to use a different chassis for every race? I'll be in the red one at silvy anyway.

I was trying to keep it simple but I agree it would another element if we had some sort of chassis rules.

Similar to Attilio's idea, I was thinking about choosing three chassis, and allowing a driver to use each one only once. My idea might produce spec races though so perhaps Attilio's is the way to go. Everyone is welcome to post their thoughts but I will try to make a quick decision so you all know where you stand in case you want to practice beforehand.

Well I guess the simplest solution might be to just use the current rules & give us all a set amount of tokens. We all understand that & it seems to work pretty well as far as I can see.

Im afraid the token system spread over only 3 races would be the most likely to give us spec races, only with brabs instead of lotus..
