You have my sympathy Bernie!! I too suffered from this vicious bug and as my wife will testify I only just avoided a horrible fate myself ( not entirely convinced that I did not have rigor mortice BTW )

Thank you Clive for the kind words  I didn't know who to contact first , the Doctor or the Priest .

I also sent the wife out for urgent supplies of whisky and honey .

I have to take my son to Judo tomorrow night so I'll definitely miss the first race.  Hopefully I'll be back in time for the second race.   I don't want to take the place of someone trying to do both races so I'll only join the second race if there is a spare place (not likely judging by the interest!!)

Admittedly I've only been to a couple of those tracks & know nothing about those F2s;   but sounds interesting!

(hopefully I can sneak away to all the events...)
