My third race at Adelaide and my third screen freeze. I am not happy.

Sorry to whoever I barged at the start - Cookie I think... got spinny.

I had it in my mind (again) that the flag was to drop at 21:30, but I managed to arrive as the session was mutating.
Then was a case of finding a random setup & topping up the fuel.   So missed the start as a result.

Still clean air ahead,  until I was examining barriers/undergrowth/trees close-up.  Hmmm first drive of the day,  a couple of warm-up laps round this fairly new track would have been a good idea!

There must have been a big disco somewhere,  because I was then from way back at the back to about 7th. Result! Wink

Then my DSL dropped out.   Nevermind,  perhaps it just was not to be...

Cheers anyway.
Dave.

Ah.. just noticed it's another dual-duel death-match!
Hope the '65 Fezza is better behaved than the 67 F2 then...

I'll see you from the barrier.

Dave.

Picked the cursed card of SF on the second race, oh yeah  Too bad, I would have probably blown the engine of that Ferrari anyway driving like that in short jumps  Grin Grin Grin Thanks for the racing guys, grats to the winner of this one.

Sorry to Martin - just got too close trying to stay with you. Hoped we would have a battle but not to be...

I think we will pull Adelaide - just too risky.

Race#1 disco was due to DSL dropping out.
Race#2 disco was a screen freeze/disco combo.

Probably not related at all,  but after terminating GPL at race#2,  I had a bunch of MS updates waiting for me.

(That's right, I now recall that during the Oulton Park fun F2 series - my machine insisted a couple of times on a reboot,  as I was exiting the hairpin...)

Hmmm.. I've now moved from auto-updates to notify/manual install;   maybe does not sit too well with Tuesday night boot-up/driving!

I guess I'd better take a look at Imola sharpish then!

Cheers,
Dave.
