How do you get this car to run on a road course? I tried all sorts last night to get it to work but it kept failing the 'technical inspection'. I assume its setup massively lopsided to suit banked oval circuits? The main errors were car running 'too low'  and 'cross weights' too much. I kept trying some of the spring/perch options but it wouldnt clear the errors  Huh

I had wanted to join the club england mob using this car at Oulton park but just couldnt do any laps in the car beforehand so didnt turn up.

I very quickly knocked one up and put it in the Team Shark garage; it's not brilliant but it's legal. laugh

Semi-official road setups for Late Model and Street Stock - haven't tried 'em yet.

thanks for those DG  Smiley

This car is good fun with plenty of armfuls of opposite lock and sounds great. I'd rather throw this around road circuits than the naff sounding mazda. Just spent half hour chucking it around Brands GP. I would definitely enjoy a grid full of these stripped out brutes.

The steering feels a little too light to be realistic (at ffb 16 anyway) but other than that i like the way it drives like an old capri or escort !  Cool  Do you need to ramp up the steering force for some cars in IR?

Some, yes, but some you just have to learn to cope with very subtle steering forces. The Late Model is much better in that regard - if you haven't tried it yet, grab the "Late Model Road Baseline" setup from the official forums topic above and go get stuck into the 24 Heures du Fun Late Model/Street Stock/Legends series at Road America. The races are chaotic but fun if you're willing to adopt a 'drive to survive' mentality for the first lap.
