SimBins statement on the GTR2 & GTL lobby issues

"Many of you have been wondering what has happened with GTR2 and GT Legends lobbies. Well, to cut a long story short, it all comes down to the following : our provider had a major failure in an AC unit in one of their server rooms. The very room where they kept our lobbies and their backups. They have been working hard since then to recover from this major blow and they have now found backups of backups in a different location, which they are now working on deploying. Right now, things are really out of our hands and we cannot give any ETA, unfortunately. We surely hope it is back online as soon as possible."

"The GTR and GTR2 lobby's are online and open to the public once again. Our provider has done some hard work to bring everything back online, and put in measures to avoid this tragedy of happening ever again! If you still encounter issues going online with GTR ad GTR2, please send a support ticket over at our forums at RaceRoom online."
