Chuffed to get 2nd place in qually. Was quick of the line and only remembered too late that my car was now fully fuelled and not running on skinny latte like in qually. Hence even with full anchors heavily applied I still slammed into the concrete wall at the 1st turn and codsed the suspension. Whilst trying to catch the field I passed a spun Matt but he caught me up later  Wink
After I crashed out I watched the race between QS, Syd and Legzy from Legzy's bonnet cam and it was awesome. Some great dicing, shame I missed the end as I suffered the inevitable lost connection. League looks interesting.

Yeah, you can imagine how I was feeling when just after spinning me you were going lol and go team oldie. I was seeing red. Smiley But then I ran out of fuel on the last lap, so that means I wouldn't have won anyway. Shame, after leading the first 30 laps. Also why am I not third? I retired half way through the last lap, Bill didn't even start it.

This has occured before and the answer given is that actual finishers will take precedence over non-finishers.

Tony, I agree with Syd, I never passed him he should be awarded 3rd place, he deserved it.

Anyone object to me altering the results to reflect the above?

Please pm me if you do.

If I have heard nothing by this time next week I'll make the change.

Another nice car/track combo which I think favoured the VW - tried all the other cars but fighting under steer all the time or flick over steer when I tried to sort it.  Roll Eyes Huh

Lack of practice again with lap times reducing the longer I drove competitively.  Had a bit of a battle with Kurt after he had a off and I managed to get by but he soon passed me again.  Then after another off I passed him again, I was able to exploit fwd through the twisty bits and stay ahead and put in 3 or 4 consecutive  PBs and then Kurt dropped back to about 20 secs when I eased off and drove steady till the end.  rockon

Had a quick look and post with wife's iPad and was surprised to come 3rd.  First chance I've had to fire up PC.  Grin

I thought I should spread my car usage a bit so tried the BOSS and the Pork
and was annoyingly faster in the POrk, but was spinning off for fun so went with the
easier 914 and was having fun except my frame rate kept dropping so low I could
count the frames which made driving awkward, I kept accelerating hard and spinning
under power, then set off after the pack having bent something against a fence
and came over a brow to find Tony sat in the middle of the track, sorry couldn't
avoid and wrecked my car at least.

I had a frame rate problems too. Track seems to be very unoptimized.

No frame rate problems with my PC, every thing ran like clockwork.
