Once again no reported incidents and I could not see anyone misbehaving, except maybe Jason trying to climb the catch fencing. I wonder if he saw the Burger stall and just got hungry???

Daytona is a circuit that would seem to favour those BIG cars with that loooong straight section, but surprisingly the more agile cars appear to make up a load of time through the twisty infield section.

. Pitstop times are based upon the best lap times from our last race here and the current fastest laps on the GPLrank database.

Teams can choose to run any cars they like, but in any race each all team members must drive different cars, so only one driver can drive the car that does not need to stop.

Pit stop times are listed below with a choice of a single long stop or two shorter stops... the choice is yours.

THIS RACE WILL HAVE A ROLLING START AND CARS ARE EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN THEIR GRID POSITIONS FOR THE FIRST LAP. THE POLE CAR WILL LEAD THE PACK AROUND AT A STEADY SPEED AND RACING WILL START AS CARS ENTER THE BANKING AT THE END OF LAP 1

Awesome fun... was 3secs/lap slower than the guy in front and ended up with a very spectacular "wall of death" ride round the concrete wall on the banking....

I was third when I crossed the flagman with chequered flag on the straight, soon after I went to pit and when I hit Esc it said if I wanted to retire, so I went on till the S/F line before T1 and stopped, then I could exit. In the process I lost some position Sad
I wasn't aware of the flag problem.

I think I served my pitstop at 9 laps to go thinking that with only one pitstop both the windows were counting.
Bear with me if I misunderstand the rules. I'm Italian, you know... Grin

Certainly Axel, perhaps the practice server for Spa could be set to Pro Paul? Pro setups for so much WOT running and in draft.....could be vastly different.
