TBH I've only done 1 hour stints but I didn't think the temps were too bad and you can brake noticeably later because the brakes aren't stone cold at the big braking points. Then again I have only done the long runs at night when it has been cooler.

General pointers for all...from what i`ve seen of the test races i probably wouldnt bother with inter`s personally, not sure if some others did, but alot of the quicker guys didnt waste time in finding the gravel when the rain started coming down, same for when it dries out, they for me went back to slicks far to soon...promptly Spa became the worlds most expensive scrap heap, i prefered sticking on wets and using the standing water to control temps, is enough of it for a while as there could be 4-5+ cars off the road at any given time, made up close to 10 places in each of the last two, just because i kept it on the road..
Hard wets are doable on a flooded track but you gotta be careful, only worth it if you know its only a short heavy shower
