I've only driven about 12 tracks over 18 months, I was hoping you might pick one of the hundred odd tracks that are not in iRacing (R.America > R.America > Spa > Spa)

Can't beat a bit of spa legzy my old son Hope to be there. Though this modern stuff feels a bit sanitised next to the roaring 70's gt cars in p&g ps...cant we use Spa 2011? Really dont see why we keep using a track config thats 10 years old for modern cars. The other version works perfect as used for the GTW events.

Me and Jules hope to join you for this one. Lost all my old GTR2 setups so had to start from scratch with the 996. We'll be at the back then When is the server up?

The practice server is running now. I had forgotten to set it up. Sorry about that. We will use the normal version of Spa rather than the UKGTR with extra tight corner cut warnings. However, please keep Two wheel inside the white lines at all times people. The UKGTR version needs a little extra practice time to get used to. We will be using the UKGTR version of Spa for the LMP2 race.

Cracking race that, really enjoyed the battle for pole in qually then a long battle for the win in the race Qualied 2nd behind the fast mr spanner Race was an intense chase with Spanner for about 20+ mins as I was glued to his gearbox for lap after lap, but he didn't make any errors despite the pressure and he had the edge over a whole lap with sections where I was quicker. We seemed to be in a fight on our own with Gt a further 4secs back in 3rd. Eventually it was me who had a slower run up through eau rouge and spanner pulled out a 2 sec lead for a few laps, but then he appeared to have a scruffy lap getting a wheel off here and there and I closed back up. Sadly for him a lap later he lost it at the end of kemmel and I obligingly scampered past to take the lead. With a 7+ sec lead over the nearest car I was able to cruise home the last 3 laps and win the race Well happy with a win at spa in a 911 and fastest lap too...yeehaw! Ps.. Nice to see a decent-ish turn out too

My first UKGTR race for over a year and I really enjoyed it. The 996 felt better than ever using the PnG ffb and a hastily cobbled together setup. Qualied 4th and held on to nsfast for a couple of laps until he ran wide at the top of Eau Rouge and I sneaked through. Managed to pull a small gap and then close slightly on MJ and Spanner as they fought it out up front, but couldn't close them down. Towards the end my rear softs started to fade badly and I was almost caught by nsfast and a recovering Spanner. Another lap and I'd have been cheese. Well done to MJ for the win Looking forward to seeing the format for next season.

Nice race once again. Excellent battles with Apex and Legzy. The Three of us were all quite close together on the track at one point. Grats MJ, GT and Spanner. Well done all and thanks for racing. See you at the next one.

Well it was anight to forget for me.
Dropping it on the formlap was pretty dumb, and then several more spins of my own doing lead to parking it up. Shame, I should have stuck it out but was bit to annoyed with myself by that point.
Will try harder next time.

I think it was just down to having not raced with you Mark for a while i thought you take that hit the wrong way as to me you dropped back and made no attempt to close me down. I wasnt trying to block you as such i realised i need to move one way or the other! I always struggle in the lead, i start thinking too much. Its easier to concentrate chasing!
As i was thinking too much i forgot about the driving and made a few mistakes, Maybe i was just pushing too much as my times were pretty consistently quick and was close to falling off a few times!
HINT: I'm sure if it was for a championship i would have made sure i would have made it H@L

Nope had no problem at all with your defence spanner. You did the right thing staying in the middle of kemmel when I got the better run up eau rouge behind you as it meant I didn't know which side to pass on and then lost my momentum to avoid clipping you. Not an outright block just defensive driving for the lead and perfectly acceptable really. No I dropped back due to a scruffy run up eau rouge a bit later on and I had to get out of the throttle, that instantly gave you a 2+ sec lead for a few laps until I could close again. It Was good fun
