Results and Replay posted
Well I was really enjoying that until I got ambitious on the throttle coming out of the hairpin and half spun up the inside kerb on the exit and was beached, waited for the field to pass, but could not go forward or back, so quit before I caused an incident bahhh humbug! that was so frustrating, 25 cars on that short track was always going to be a bit manic, looks like most people coped well, and kept out of trouble, well done guys.
if you feel you have been badly wronged NPP then submit an incident report if you want. You don't have to if you don't want we like to keep them as few as possible, we hope that people will sort out any contact or issues on the track by waiting or moving over etc.
Jarda, Alessandro and Ricardo are not recognised by the server so will be "Unknown" in the results, if you can complete the registration or let me know what name you race under I will update the members list.

No, I don't feel badly wronged, it was just a question of how to interpret the rules - it's only my fourth race or so with you guys. I won't submit a report.

I just watched some of the replay. WOW! what a start! 25 cars all piling into the first turn without anyone crashing looked fabulous

Trouble with such a big grid (not complaining about that mind) on a small circuit is that us slower drivers only get to race each other up to the point when we are lapped and then spend the remainder of the race, if we can be bothered, giving the lappers a smooth pass. Very frustrating. My race ended when I slowed and pulled over to the right at John Cooper Esses to let Legzy lap me when my car hit an invisible rock and turned over on to it's roof. I was then unable to get any traction on the track so quit out.

After lapping around in 3th position for about 85% of the race and with both Geoffers and John in sight, I had a very disappointing end of the race. I had to pit for fuel in lap 39 and lost 5 places …. Feeling very N00B, I had selected my fuel load too low Other than that, it was a very good race and turnout! The start was nerve wrecking with the P911 drivers having a difficult time keeping it on the black. In the meantime, the 3 little Alfa’s could run away, which was fun. I’ve also seen a lot of non-standard track objects along the way, even a ghost rider in the hairpin

But thats not whats needed Tony, the guys at the back do not have to jump out the way or pull off the track or hit their brakes. It should be like on a real track, you stick to your line and then just feather off the throttle on the following straight to allow the leaders past. That way everybody knows whats happening and nobody loses vast amounts of time. I know its easy to do with a fast guy breathing down your neck but its his job to overtake somewhere cleanly and safely as he wants to finish too! I saw several guys take to the grass to get out the way last night and you just dont need to. Unlucky SuperSwift, wondered what happened to you at the end as hadnt seen your car buried in a tyre wall. As a car set that was the probably the closest matched yet, and all the cars were great

And Mr Google says: "for 3 laps I enjoyed it, then do not touch a mate ended up in the quicksand and I had to press esc, I think the RS1600, 71 there was good because the TC was very slow engine acceleration out of corners. I saw a lot of professionalism and fairness, all good! I leave you to translate because you feel sorry for google" 1: Even the slower RS1600 was proved to be way too fast for the other cars in testing, it was there at the begining, but was removed. "Anche la RS1600 più lento è stato dimostrato di essere troppo veloce per le altre auto in prova, era lì all'inizio, ma è stato rimosso" (Something like that) 2: I had not expected 25 cars when I created the event, it was very challenging for all, and from what I have seen in the replay most people did a really good job of avoiding contact. One notable exception was where a driver backed into the path of other cars in the hairpin while recovering. instead of just keeping going forward and rejoining. Fortunately I had reduced the damage level for this event, so at least one drivers race was not ruined by the contact. 3: The cars were quite well matched (almost by design you might say ) but to be fair the reason the cars were so well matched was because some of the faster drivers deliberately took slower cars or variants. Top marks to those heros

@Matt: Alessandro and Riccardo were both registered here, so I guess you need just their nicknames on the forum to link the race results to them. Right? Alessandro Tancioni => tahander Riccardo Gengotti => troygengo I hope it will be enough. If not, just tell me which infos you need. However, I just spoke with Alessandro 5 mins ago, and he said that he enjoied a lot the race, and he was positively surprised by the high level of fairness and sportmanship he found here. Not a suprise for me See you chaps! P.S I see they're missing the italian flag also in the results. I will guide them asap, to fill this lack

i said feather, not lift the merest on a corner exit is enough usually to let the quick guys past, as they will be foot to the floor

Well that was a very enjoyable race for me Decided to skip quali and start from the back as I was a bit concened about being caught up in early race incidents. I think Legzy and Stig had the same idea As it turned out, everyone was very cautious from where I was sitting, which was great to see with such a large grid. Had some fantastic battles as I gradually made my way up the field. Some of the best racing I've had actually and I believe shows that slightly underpowered, well matched cars on simple circuits are a very good recipe Well done and thanks to all those I raced with

Brilliant race & not just because I won, had a great time trying to keep John at bay for about 40 laps. Qually was very frustrating, couldn't get a good lap in, either came across a slower car or made a mistake. Just succeeded in putting in a good lap right at the end & grabbed a front row start. Got the jump on Daniel at the start & opened up a bit of a gap on the first couple of laps. Daniel dissappeared & then so did my lead over the next few laps as John whittled it down. I think our ultimate pace was much the same, but John's strongpoint is he can do that every lap. Rest of the race was just a battle to stay ahead which was made a bit easier by having the slightly faster car. Trickiest bit was avoiding all the cars that had spun at the hairpin, I think we came across 5 or 6 during the course of the race. Mighty relieved when the flag came & I had just held on. Great fun John, & a big for not trying any desperate lunges, I know thats not your style. As Mark will tell you, very different from some of the antics at GC on Tuesday. Congrats to all finishers, cya at Reims.
