Right, this is getting out of hand so I'm locking the thread.

We have defined and refined the start procedure over two seasons of GTR and I'm not having a vocal few breezing in, declaring that we're doing it all wrong and that we're not good enough, completely ignoring the rules and then boasting about doing so in public.

I'm quite happy to host a constructive discussion on any aspect of the rules but this is not the way.
